do you still save and smoke roaches. it seems the older i get the less appealing roaches are. i just cant bring myself to smoke nasty roaches and throw them out instead. but 20 years ago i smoked everything

I put paper in the end so my roaches are resin and not actual bud, so yeah, they get tossed. Although now my home grow is working well enough I don't have to really think about supply, I might stop bothering with the paper roach altogether! Waste not, want not, though.

I usually save them for a rainy day, but I'm saddened by even the thought of having to smoke some nasty-ass roaches. On the road, I'll toss 'em everytime. I just don't see a stinkin' ass bug as worth any trouble more than a flick of the finger tips.
However, a good friend "Myrtle Beach Monte" down in Jamaica showed me how to place a small "filter," made by rolling up a small piece of the rolling paper package, in the end of a joint. It burns even and hits like a steam roller all the way to the end. No bud lost, nothing left in a roach. It also prevents the end of the joint from greasing up so fast...you know how "sticky-icky" that Jamaican shit can get!

After I started growing, I began to hold smoke in less, throw roaches out, throw vaped shit out (or bake with it), vape bud less (till it's light brown rather than it being black) and I don't try to save every trichome on the desk.

Before growing, I saved and smoked everything.
