bubble hash to make bho?

It;s worth it, but I used hash and dry sift kief to make alcohol QWISO. You will lose about 2/3 of the product in the filter, as even good hash/kief has a lot of vegetable matter and waxes in it. My exact ratio was 63% caught in the filter, 37% return as oil by weight.
The end product was much cleaner and far stronger. I had my oil tested at Steep Hill, came to 66% THC, 2.6% CBD and 1.6% CBN. They said that was about the strongest oil they have tested, no oil has ever broken the 70% thc barrier, and most hash is in the 30-40% THC range.

I would rather go for QWISO.
If you get some powdered hash than it could make the trick with BHO, but if it is small hash pieces than definetly the BHO won't get access to all the good resin. BHO is way better for buds, IMO.
For QWISO I can tell from experience it is worth the try for personal use, final product is very very nice.
I am unsure on commercial aspect, so about the yield, because I did it with very different hash qualities, but you can trust LazyMan on that one!
One more question for those who pop up here :
Do you notice any difference between buds and hash oil ?
I noticed that hash oil would contain much less terpens than the one from the herb, even done with cured dry sieve material, resulting in a more physical stone and sleepy high. But I didn't use any fresh hash.

I got 50% of the weight in oil, I had bubble to start with.
10g bubble = approx. 5g oil.
I got a reddish oil. I decarboxylized it and it turned darker red. Very very strong, no turpines though. Very little smell or flavor.
Initially I thought it would make the ultimate concentrate, but I think it lacks certain plant properties that make it yummier and possibly stronger. I think it's the same reason bubble will never be as good as oil. You are only extracting resin glands but there are other properties that make an oil strong and flavorful. Personally, I prefer oil made from buds or great trim, that oil from hash. Then again, I used medium grade bubble not the best possible.
Bubble hash to begin with, loses a lot of quantity of oil in the extraction. In other words, I think you only get a certain amount with hash, but oil extracts more volume or potent meds. So, you shoot yourself in the foot to make the hash, then making oil from that, you shoot your other foot.

ive made BHO with bubble hash.. yeild 80 percent maybe a bit more.. it comes out of the baster like pancake batter.. you gotta make sure you powder the bubble as your drying it.. and its better to not mix weed with it.. because you give a blast then let the hash disolve a bit and spay a bit more.. and def can do a second and third run... i usually do like 7 gram and under loads using a small glass downstem I jimmy rigged.. but when i make bubble now its very melty and nice so i dont bother bhoing it.. if its commercial hash results are gonna vary by quite a bit.

However, QWetho is the term that's been most commonly used in the cannabis community. More accurately... it should be called QWET. *shrug*

I had a batch of buds that I made into hash hoping it would remove lots of little hairs in the buds but they were still in the hash/
I took the hash and loaded into my glass BHO tube and shot it through. I got maybe an 80% return yield. The hash in the tube collapsed it looked like it just drained right out into oil. There was about an inch left of material in the tube after I was done that was discarded. Oil was absolutely mind blowing and hair free. I would estimate I got about 80% of the hash back in oil form. The hash leftover was probably very contaminated. The oil was so good and clean.
