Ive been a marlboro red smoker for 25 years a pk a day........hate it with a passion, hooked bad.

wondering if they are true....share your experience with me please....can you also use this as a portable vapo for weed?

my friend quit as soon as she took her first hit off of hers (LUCKYYYYY)
for me, i cud never find one that had the throat hit im used to...i almost
crave that feel more then the nicotene itz odd. but im still on the search
cause it really needs to happen.

hi kaya thanks for reply. there are so many brands of these out there and the most common complaint is that its not putting out enough vapor so I went with the one that is rated to put out the biggest hit. it's also the most expensive.think a stronger vape hit might satisfy that? also If useing this as a means to help quit I would reckon that if you gradually back off the real ones while supplimenting with the ecig you might have more success. gotta loose the reds man I gotta.

Immediately, my e-cig broke the habit of lighting up whenever I would hop in my car. It was a sin of addiction to nicotine than habit.

I was lucky that I smoked menthols (hood rat gone country boy), because e-cig menthols taste similar. Camel and marlboro lights don't have an equivalent, making it harder to quit.

I am happy with my ecig. I don't smoke cigarettes (after 14 years) and only puff once a day. I could quit this beast any time, but I like it.

gl to you sir...it will be a battle...but once one you will feel soooo good...at least your not giving up the act of smoking, just moving on to a better smoke....wish you luck n success, peace n puffs(ganja lol)

hi gooey, thank you....Im no dummy I'm completly addicted to everything about ciggs. So going cold turkey is a method I would fail at. this way I got the hand fix and the mouth fix covered I think I can handle the cravings for a smoke rush by slowly backing off the real ones while using the ecigg.hope it works.

This one worked like a dream for me https://www.crown7.com/shop/index.php/
same gig,25 yrs two packs a cowboys a day, after 3 weeks with this I just stopped,I dont smoke!!

I smoked for 20 years. Just quit this past July. I rolled a shitload of joints, smoked one whenever i wanted a cig, and i chewed alot of gum. Not the nicotine gum, just regular. I still get cravings, mostly after a meal, but i just puff a bit of green and it's not so bad.
I know this method won't work for everyone, just sharing my exp. and offering some support.

chuckyoufarley got hypnotized and never had another cig. I was gonna try it if my way didn't work.

i know more than a few people who have successfully quit cigs with the e-cig.

i quit cold turkey and replaced with joints.

i look at the ecig as just another addiction. like i'd still want my nicotine and if anything it would probably drag me back into smoking cigarettes,. just my thoughts.

The problem with e-cigs, is you still have the habit of holding, and hitting a cigg- Plus, with e-ciggs you can puff the hell out of it, and really get much more nicotine than you do with a regular one--
It has been successful for several of my friends, but most I know, started back on cigs after a short time--
It wasn't my thing tho...I still have mine, and a shit load of cartridges--
I think just stopping is the best way....I did, but started again after 6 months...alas, I am an idiot!!!:tiphat:
