2 of 20 clones? say what? what type of cloning system are you using? If you dont have a bubble cloner you can make your own for around $10. what type of rooting hormone are you using? water ph? ect

bubble/aerocloners are great... But for some reason i always had TERRIBLE success with OG's in aerocloners... as bas of success as joesy seems to be having... When i used rapid rooters with the og's, i got much much better success rates... However, pretty much every other strain rooted faster in the aerocloner... OG was the only strain i ever had trouble with in an aero
word. i bubble clone everything else and i get roots in 5 to 12 days. except og's and alien dogs.

Hmm, that's strange. I hope I don't have this problem in the future as I plan on having a big setup.
I never have used an aero cloner, I don't know where to by something to make a mister with or know where to buy a mister jet. Plus the bubble cloner works good enough for me

couldn't get the sfv OG to root when i got her, but the Ghost and Abusive cuts root for me no problem. such a bummer, cause the sfv in the nicest I've smoked. what is up with the valley!?! i guess try, try again.

I'm well aware of that. but it is an OG kush, and is notoriously difficult to root, and is from A Valley, the san fernando valley. therefore, my statement stands, whats up with the valley? theres more similarities in the two clones than differences.

i mean, how come cuts originating in the valley are ridiculously hard to root? is it an altitude thing? is there some trick that the growers really blowing out these cuts use to get good success rooting? MrDank was telling me a sure fire way to get all OGs to root, but I totally forgot what he said. guess I'll have to get on that if I ever want to run anything from the valley in big numbers.
keep the rooting cubes dryer than normal... Just the right amount of moisture...
Recycle moms often... Having an old mother plant can make it hard to get cuts to root with og.
