Yes, i would change my Res every 2 weeks & replace with fresh solution. You have a Mg deficiency too imo. You could add back plain PH'd water to place EC where you like but its always good to replace nute every 2 weeks or so imo.
When did you last change your Res solution?
Sorry if i missed it but what nutes are you using?? OK GHE G,M,B & PK, Sensizyme? are you using anything else?

They most definately need a boost of Mg, thats what the yellowing is imo bro?
What ratio of G,M,B & PK are you adding? Some Epsom salts or Cal-Mag may help to correct the yellowing, its a good time to add a boost of Mg right now too.
They seem to be coping well though & look ok!

15ml bloom
for 10 litres of water.
but i mix up 16 litres at a time
8ml grow
16ml micro
24ml bloom
sensizme 32ml 2ml per litre
and pk from organics but have been increasing the dosage over past three weeks gona change tank tonighthopfully fix problem
have epson salt but how do i ad it ????????????

Most people i see using GH dont bother with the Grow, 0/6/9 which is Gr3atfull Heads formulation variation on Lucas, &^ Lucas is 0/8/16 G,M,B respectively. Your prolly following charts but i suspect your losing that Mg by using the Grow & not adding more Micro/Bloom to compensate.
But i dont use GH so dont listen to me, id check with other users of GH & see what they say bro tbh!. I do know That Lucas 0/8/16(for bloom) is mls per US Gal which is 3.5 litres & the ppm of Mg is higher(i think) running it that way. thats one reason why alot of people say the Grow part of the formula is useless. if i remember rightly, pretty sure im right there.
Running that 0/8/16 does away with the need to add the epsom bro. But if i had to add epsom i would melt 1tblsp in a little hot(ish) water per Gal of solution, but you better check what im saying with someone that uses GH Nutes, just to be safe. I know you can run a search ~& you'll soon find what im speaking of! I believe there a sticky somewhere on IC about it all too.

changed rez ec has dropped to normal levels also i realized i was giving to much bloom 32ml instead of the correct amount of 24ml hopfully that should fix problem will let you know tommorow, thx for advice have been looking at lucas formula for next grow but think i am going to try the k.i.s.s tecniqe with MaxiBloom. My local grow shop got it in stock for me didnt tell him it was going to save me loads of money on nutes i hope .......lol
I think you are on to a winner from what i see of Maxi its some real good shit! I wanna try it myself. Cant go wrong, value for money & top results everytime. EvilMe's threads put me on to it & he swears by the stuff. I believe KoolBloom works well with it.

What a nightmare whent to check on plants this morning and ph was 8.2 panic wasnt the word so i added ph down and nothing happened so i added more and more and more which left my e.c close to 3.9 panic shit... found out ph tester had gone mad so have changed for a new one droped the tank and everything is stable again fingers crossed it has not caused to much problems will find out in a few days

3.9 are you sure your EC meter is working properly too, thats high as too, whats your target EC bro? Glad you got it sorted. The 2 addys i recommended were the ones ive seen people having success with, with the maxi.

Yeah, if your gonna use GHR then id say a good flush afterwards is in order, looking good there man, smell sounds nice! The yellowing now looks isolated to right under the light, so it could be related to that, its nothing now, cool!
