Soil SCROG in a Box: Humidity Control

I'm thinking about applying the SCROG method in a 800w grow box about 6x4x4. I want to do a soil grow but will not be able to remove the pots for runoff while watering because they will be attached to a screen. As a result, runoff will pool in the container and cause humidity to get too high.

What are my options here? A pump will not work because some water (maybe 1/4'') will remain since no pump gets all the water out. I have not seen a dehumidifier that would fit in this box and the floor of the box is not flat anyway. It seems like my best option would be using desiccant at a few places in the box, but this would get expensive in the long run...

Any other ideas? Anyone run SCROG in soil in a contained grow box?

I had similar frustrations with my scrog the last time around, so this time I bought a couple of the pans in the link and plumbed in drains. I use a screen set on the step on the sidewall of the pan to keep the plants elevated out of the sump, and then shimmed the bottom so that it drained to the corner where the drain was placed. I toyed with the notion of using a shower pan, but couldn't find one in the dimensions that I wanted. It may not work in your application, but it is something to think about.
