3K High pressure Aero-fog system

What up yall.
I'm currently running a high pressure aero system with 5 plants for my current winter med grow. Its basically a 100psi inline pump pushing full strength at .050 micron heads creating a very fine "fog" out of the heads. The plants just dangle in 3 inch net pots, no medium. Its a true aero-system! The system sprays to drain, no running back into the res. It cuts down on nutrients and h20 intake because it run at such short intervals. (Currently in the 2nd week of flower its only on 15 seconds every 45 minutes) The fog is fine enough to where the pump only needs to fog the roots for a short while to get them wet. The fog cuts down on waste as most all the liquid is absorbed within seconds of spraying. There is only a very small amount of h20/nutes at the bottom and it just drains right out the room.
As far as nutes. I'm just running Botanicare pro grow and bloom, no liquid karma. Adding a little organic teas here and there. Just started to add a little bloom booster from aurora innovations hp2.

Running 3K worth of lights, 1k HPS, 1K Dual arc, 600W Hps, 400w MH

Strains going in the buckets.
1. One Snazzleberry (Chimera)
2. One LSD (Lifesaver X Sour D.)
3. Three Mazar

Started out with four of the mazar but one didn't quite like the transition from dirt (clones) to the buckets. But whatev.
Gonna be running Durban Poison X Romulan next round.

Commencing photo dump!

Nice! first! Im chillen on this one, I've always wanted to give something like this a try. So how big do you grow em for veg? And where did you find the pump and micron sprayers?

Thanks bro,
I try to grow them around 28-30 inches in veg so they finish around 6 feet which is right around my max height for lights.

I found the pump just by googling 100 psi h20 pump.. Heres mine http://www.steam-brite.com/store/shurflo-100psi-chemical-resistant-pump-epdm-p-4297.html

As for the foggers, can't honestly say where to buy em. Had a grower from down the block help me design the system and he already had the fogger inserts from an older system of his.

Transitioning into flower!

Yeah I like the pbp. Its cheap where I get it. I"m sure there are better nutes out there but it seems you can really pump the plants with the pbp and they don't mind too much! I also mix in a few gallons of organic tea here and there and the ladies blow up after it.

The snazzleberry is super wild. Has anyone grown here before? Super twiggy, her leafs are only about 3 inches across. They look like little baby leafs but yet shes still spitting out 7 and even 9 finger leafs. I'll try to snap a pic tomorrow. She looks like she'll pump out some dank nugs. Tons of tops and shoots. A really unique looking girl.

Nice setup, bro - how are you planning on keeping the roots of a 6' plant off of the bottom of the growing container?

I just setup a 100-125PSI system with a 4.4 gallon accumulator, 30 misters and 4 solenoids............what are your misting times? I'm at 1 second on / 5 minutes off for clones put right into my system.

very nice system. Im running the aerojet 8 tray and its simply amazing. I like how you have that whole 5gal bucket for them to hang into. you must be achieving rediculous growth rates. id like to make a similar custom setup like this. Ill be watching this one

Lol i'm not planning on keeping the roots off the bottom of the buckets... They hit the bottom after a week in veg and now I can't open them up without it upsetting the plants.

My on/off times went from like 30 seconds on to 15 minutes off in the first few weeks of veg. Slowly dialing back the time as more roots established to where it is now at 15 seconds on 45 minutes off but remember i'm only running 5 foggers so it doesn't take as long to fill the lines and spray all the buckets as I'm sure it would a 30 bucket system.

I've put a screen over the drains in the buckets so the roots won't clog the outgoing waste lines.
