I ordered the 8 pack weekend special on seed bay for 150 bones. I've decided on 5 that I want AK 48, bubblelicious, northern lights, papaya, and ppp. I need some help on my other 3 choices. What would you guys recommend.

The choices seedbay gives you
AK-48, Aurora Indica, Blue Mystic, Bubbilicious, Chrystal, Ice, Indoor Mix, Kaya Gold, Master Kush, Medusa, Northern Lights Pure Indica, Papaya, PPP, Short Ryder, Snow White, Super Skunk, Swiss Cheese, Venus Fly Trap, White Castle, White Rhino, White Widow, Wonder Woman

I will be sending my payment with my seed choices tomorrow. Any suggestions would be welcome

No experience with these, but have heard the aurora is very strong and the blue mystic is a mellow quality high.

only ones on your list I have any experience with are Master Kush (liked it. smelled great!, got nice compact nugs, decent high.) and White Widow. Widow was always the one I sought after before I started growing my own. The stuff a friend had was pretty amazing and just covered in trichomes.

All that other stuff... no opinion, no experience.

Good luck!

I'm still waiting on seeds, nearly a month now. Doh. Would encourage me to hurry up my cab build if I had them on hand. I'm interested in at least 5 of the strains you picked so I can't wait until you get growing with them. I'd like the aurora to round out my mix.

Are you going to continue a journal here or start another thread for that?

That's awesome!

I ordered some beans off the bay recently and they shipped a couple weeks ago but they never arrived. Must've got pinched in customs.

Guess i'll be sticking with my AK47 mama and my huge bag of randomly collected bagseed.

Anti- Nice work on the cab, very clean. Im doing the same thing with the rubber maid tote on top. For me it hides the externally mounted vortex. Is yours for noise suppression? Im trying to come up with any idea's to mask the sound of the VTX. On a speed controller the thing is still like living beside an airport. I was thinking about lining it with sound paper or the foil u'd wrap around a hot water tank. Ive got about 7'' from the top of the vortex to the top of the tote. My temps dont go past 82 in the summer and are usually on the low side so I was thinking on drilling (8) 2'' holes in the lid and that may mask some sound. Dont want to block airflow thoiugh...what do you think, anyone?

mine is a carbon bed filter. I exhaust through. It suppresses sound and filters all that wonderful stinky air.

poly fill for pillows for the rubbermaid.
opening up the intakes can reduce the drag on the fan reducing noise
speed controller
some type of rubber isolation padding between fan and cab can reduce vibration noise.
look in pontiacs diy thread at the mufflers for ideas

the 4 c99 and the 4 skunkman seeds germed perfectly. Paper towell method in ziploc bags tap water and kept warm.

Anything you can do to isolate vibration will help. Ever hear of Dynamat? If not, google it, stuff works wonders for dampening vibration. Like Tilt said, poly fiber fill makes good mufflers, we used to make homemade silencers for our .22s when we were kids with it, pvc pipe and big washers, watch for potential fire hazards with it though. Also the more angles and turns you make for the sound waves to travel through, the less volume is transmitted from a given source.

I only use Seedbay or Seedboutique no problems, ships quickly, seeds arrive stealthy protected and intact. I did my part by correctly filling out my order form, sending in correct payment and writing in alternates. This is Gypsy's web site and We are guests here. Please dont disrespect the man by recommending his competitors. If you have not used the boo or the bay I encourage you to try it and see.
