Green Crack is Cush from Georgia...if Dream Queen smells of kush...not Green Crack. Green Crack smells like semi rotted fruit that a skunk shit on. Sweet at first then straight make you want to puke stench.

You sure it is from Ga? I know the Athens name but I have heard differing states mostly Ga vs Ohio. Never found a source to confirm Ga. I have been to Athens Ga and smoked some fine candy tasting skunk from around there but never could get contact with the grower.

Luv the Strain for sure! Vigorous growth, dank dense bud, nice yielder and very forgiving-what more could someone want?

In hydro the leaves doubled in size compared to earlier organic/soil grow:

Here's a cross I did with Green C from a SSH male, this is the first run with her:

Does the screen name Cecil ring any bells? Herb Weedman says Georgia ... but WTF does he know??? He also mentioned that any lankiness in a GC X TH melding must have come from the TH side ... it's (please correct me if I'm wrong) (G13 X NL5/Haze) X NYCD.

Ok...

It would be nice to get this cleared up. Although I do believe there are other threads and posts that cover this...

....will somebody with some knowledge of this variety please share so all these people can be informed lol. From what I have heard, GC (an afghani/skunk) came out of the south, up to Canada for a while, then down to California and now everywhere. This was many years back imo

I am Herb Weedman and I say GC/Cush came to me first through the Online Community of OG supposedly (and Post Marked) from Georgia ... but ... once again ... WTF do I or anyone else really know? How will someone claiming/sharing "knowledge" of the True Origins of GC change your world perspective? How will it help this thread? Consider first that this is a thread about a plant from seeds found in a QP of GC ... and from the looks of them they are indeed nice little weed plants ... I dunno ... maybe it's just me ... but I am kind of done with the hype and the verification process of The True Origins Of "Elite" Cannabis Clones.

Im not done at all, I feel like finding the history and roots of each variety is fun, and good for the community. But hey we are all entitled to opinions and I respect yours. Thanks for sharing the cush with us.

Any updates from the OP?

Am I sure its from Ga...no. I didn't get it from Ga. I am just passing on what is shared through the internet. I know its Afghani x Skunk and was orginally called Cush by Cecil. It came out west and someone changed the name to Green Crack. I know it smells like sweet skunk shit in a garbage dump. I know it gets me up and going and I know it flowers in about 7 to 8 weeks and I know my patients like it. I think its a great cut and no matter what state its from its good meds. Nice sig by the way. Listening to them right now hehe. Keep it danK!

Good to know, I wish some of these old timers we have the legends about were still around sharing what we only speculate about. Oh and mumford and sons... amazingly talented. If you like them you should check out Lissie, she is more rock folk and is american but is equally as talented, another haunting voice. Peace man.

When I grew her out she looked very "kushy" much like other kush strains i've grown, lots of leafs, very interspaced.

anyway, she didn't yield enough for me to keep her. It was something like 6 oz per plant per 1KW. I want those strains pushing 10-16oz!

that wasnt Green Crack. Green Crack is a skunk cross called Cush, not to be confused with Kush.
