what? you are outright supporting the murder, rape and pillage of entire nations by making that statement...many cartels use intimidation, murder and other tactics to stay in power...and you're saying they should be able to keep the money?

this isn't about some dude hustlin' a few pounds keeping' his take. this is much different my friend.

if cannabis was legalized, most cartels would fall due to a good majority of their profits being from marijuana. with it regulated and widely available, importing is no longer a viable option - so they will increase coca production and try to sell more coke, still keeping the violent element at work. we need to legalize and regulate all drugs, but it WILL not happen in our time. why?

In the USA you have to be WORTH a billion to be a billioniare. 100,000,000 isn't going to get you called a billionaire in the USA. Maybe if you have 100,000,000 in cash - and stocks or own a company worth 900,000,000 then you can be considered a billionaire.
