is that Hash Plant from PNC the NL1 pheno aka HashMaster? or different?

thats a good question... i saw on page 186 of this thread CalcioErba2004 posted a pic of "hashplant" that is the plant i have.. and i believe he said he poped it from a sensi seed stash "before they went to shit".... but at the same time i got this cut from ape on the PNC menu i saw both HashPlant and HashMaster.... but also ape comented this on my journal...

Hey, I was excited to see this thread! I'll be sure to stay tuned. Everything looks great! You're hashplant is actually a strain called "Hashmaster"-it's an F5 of Sensi's old Hashplant and was offered my Elite Genetics before his problems hit. Our Hashmaster was sourced by Ozwizzle and is a NL#1 phenotype. They are VERY large yielding and definitely nightime meds...

so i am still confused maybe someone can clear this up???

The Hashplant I dropped off are from Sensi Seeds stock pre 2000 that I found by popping seeds. They(Sensi) crossed the original Northwest Hashplant with a NL1 male and back crossed the best looking males to the original hashplant mom. I don't think its a NL1 pheno but then again I don't know what the different phenos look like...

agreed.. after doing sum research sensi seeds states that hashmaster is pre-dominantly sativa.. well i can tell just by looking at my plant that its like "hashplant" is supposed to be 100% indica... the leaves are dark and thick and does not resemble a sativa at all so i think its safe to say this hashplant is not a NL#1 pheno... she sure smells good tho cant put my finger on what the smell is yet..but she is gonna be nice smoke for sure and a great yielder.. will keep everyone updated on the strains.. just started vegging some PNC/Cali Conection regulator kush(AJ sour d x pre98 bubba kush x to a SFV OG Male) and blue dream and a strain called "the key" (91' chemdawg x indiana bubblegum)...

Any thoughts on whats going on with this girl? I'm seeing what I would call signs of deficiencies but then again....signs of possible toxicity.

Is she from seed or clone? It looks like you just snipped the top and put her in water?

That is the one of the tops from a plant I grew from clone. I cut it off to facilitate picture taking. Pretty much the entire plant looks that way.
It's been suggested my nute temp could be part of the issue. I do drain to waste in a 60% peat, 20% coco, 20% perlite mix. My space is not very well insulated and since my water & nute bottles sit on a concrete floor...the temp could have been low. I did just check the temp of my stored water and it is currently 65f but today is hardly the coldest it's been this winter. My nute pH has floated in the 5.25 - 6.25 range.

Tap? Have you seen this with any other cuts feeding from the same solution?
About 25-33% tap, the rest R.O. Some of my other strains show much less dramatic but similar issues.
I had an overall state of deficiency happening ( lots of yellowish leaves & the stereotypical CalMag deficiency symptoms). I nudged my nute strength closer to the max suggested for the Pure Blend Pro Veg product I'm using ( + using CalMag with every feeding) and most everything is responding nicely.

gt : the clawing is from to much n, isnt it ? and the yellowing, id also guess is a mag deficiency. so maybe a bit less n ? and more cal mag ? i know i read somewhere that you can do eight mls a gal of the calmag when really needed. hope that helps. :)

Are the plants packed together and the lower leaves get shaded? Looks like not enough light to the lower growth for the amount of N used, and to much light for the upper growth for the amount of N used... But you'd have to show more for me to see LOL People would do this to us at the nursery and it was always a million questions to get to the 1 simple lil answer... LOL

I've dealt with this same issue. I found that in certain strains there can be a genetic sensitivity to certain trace/micronutrients, an allergy if you will. While all plants require the same basic elements the quantity available can upset the plants metabolism in some cases allowing more nitrogen to be metabolized causing leaf curl/rams horning. Most likely a zinc/maganese toxicity.

Hmmm...First off...Thanks for the replies & sorry for cluttering up the SDF thread with something that should have gone to the infirmary section.

Whats tripping me out is that is a BHT-Hogsbreath. I've had that strain for probably a couple of years now. These are fairly recently re-aquired cuts but they were happy when i got them and I feel very certain it is indeed the BHT-Hogsbreath. It is not a strain I've found to be hyper nute sensitive and it's survived my "abuse" in the past.

Regarding light intensity & spacing- They are not spaced real tight. They are less than 4' from a 600w hps with supplemental 5000K PL-L floros inches away from them.

I would consider flushing the crap out of everything but like I mentioned...I'm just starting to recover from what I was pretty sure was a general state of deficency. How likely is it that I'd be experiencing general yellowing while salts / nitrogen were at toxic levels?
Could the nutrient temp thing fit into that scenario?

What is your ph reading? Seems to me like ph issues causing N lockout and the plant is using the excess calcium and mag to grow...thats just what i see, cant really diagnose without really being there. Are the leaves hard and brittle?

Could be just a shitty batch of ferts... Earth Juice fucked with me... So I started to blend my teas... I've also had a great soil co. I used for many years, fuck up a grow with dirt that smelled like ammonia...

What I'm trying to say, are the ferts new?

humbleguy would know better because I dont use this stuff...

I got really lax with my rez temps, and all moms suffered greatly...the branches just wouldn't grow...total waste.

When I started watering with warmer nutes, most varieties recovered relatively quickly, within a week they had bounced back to lush vigorous growth. The BHT-HB cut did not bounce back so quickly...in fact, the rest of the moms have bangin 15 inch tops on them and the HB mom has barely greened up, but she is definitely showing improvement...not a speedy recovery from the cold damage...she really did look a lot like yours.

the pnc cut is surely not from seed. Calcio's is the same as PNC's I believe.

theres some "well he had fire, but now its the real one" drama but shit I picked up a fire OG months ago when they were in long beach and it was straight up FIRE OG. unfortunately I wanted to "test it" before mothering it and sure enough it was the real deal cut that I wanted and now I need another haha.
