Yeah Ive skied Vail and fell in love. Got to toke out in the big lift (Gondula sp?) with some locals. It was a great time. Im taking the trip with a good friend this time and leaving the wifey behind. Should be a blast. I just want to blaze a fatty on top on Vail and try lovers leap this time.

Question for you boys. I want to buy another house with caregiver-related monies in Colorado.
So, how do you guys approach the tax situation, or the legality/money relationship in general?
I don't have enough money for a tax attorney to be something I'm considering.
Sorry for the borderline shady question. I just don't know who else to turn to with this kind of stuff, and frankly, I want to play by the rules. If taxes can get me in the clear, so be it.

Right after I wrote it I regretted it. I guess it's still too gray a market to talk about stuff like that for most people.

The new 99-page department of revenue regulations are pure Orwellian madness...
So I made these posters. Pass 'em around, print 'em out, hang them in your grows & dispensaries - if they're gonna watch us on camera 24/7, they can watch us use our first amendment rights to mock them heartlessly.

And until these jack-asses quit jerking everybody and changing the rules every legislative session, low profile isn't all bad.
My lawyer says to quit filing with the state - just hold the Dr's scrip, and get it renewed every 6 months or so. The Dr likes it too.
My buddy that had cut down to 5 patients, kept all the ones with 30+ plant tickets - is shitting bricks. and getting ready to move.
On the bright side - I should be off all weekend!!! yippy! - actually - they tell me I'm a "little off" all the time.

with vert it seems like she hardly stretches at all. maybe 50%. this is my first run with her though. i'm sure others here would be able to give you a better idea. she is really easy to grow. i doubt you'll have any issues.
not from CO. but i have a question for some of you that might be able to help me. im interested in going to the 2011 high times denver cannabis cup in april. im just curious about how lax the atmosphere is? must you have a MMJ card to partake in the smoke? just looking for the 411 if anybody has it. think its worth going to?
