OK, this is just driving me bonkers every night.
There are a couple of issues to blame and even though I'm working on getting those straightened out my sleep comes in snatches of 30-60 minutes at best.......
So to kill time I surf net, play free poker, watch TV & movies; anything I can do at home for free yet keeping me close to bed in case I feel like napping.
Screw this! I'm sitting here (@3:44am btw) sucking down chamomile tea just hoping. Now I've got Plan B in mind, it's a 98 mile ride round trip to the nearest Perkins restaurant by me & so I'm headed there now.
Anyway!!! as I've digressed from the point here I'd like to beg your attention still and ask if you have any sleep remedies; this can be anything from counting sheep to drinking warm milk or even a bedtime story which you'll have to read to me so be careful if you suggest it.
