Pick up some pliers or clips, yank off the twisty, and drop it in the trash. Spin the loaf open, reach in and get some bread. Then spin it shut, tuck the resulting plastic spiral underneath the loaf, and set the loaf on top. Instant seal. No more fumbling.

Want more bread? Just grab the open end spiral, and spin to reopen. Reseal the same way. Works for tortillas as well.

I Do The Same With Regular Crackers! Basically Anything In A Bag.
I Also Do What You Do But After Spinning The Bag Hold So Its Still Twisted. Take A Tie & Put It Around The Twist At The Lowest. While Holding The Tie In One & The Top Of The Bag In The Other Swing The Bread So It Heads For Your Body 2-3 Times. It Automatically Twists The Tie Tighter Than With Your Fingers & Faster!
I Hope It Makes Sense.
