Sweet tooth, or #3, or #4, & which breeder should I choose?

problem: i dont prefer sweet grass to put it politely. most sweet sugary weed ive smoked has been bland dutch crap...

i do believe that the sweet tooth is fine herb and could be another persons grail ... im tempted to grow some even at this point...

but every time i hear about some really sweet nugget i get kinda disgusted, not just sweet tooth either. i just havent been dazzled by fruity weed ever, blueberry, cherry, grapefruit, skittles, jolly ranchers, bubble gum, cotton candy ...

im ready to try this sweet tooth i swear any minute now !! enlighten me !!

It's just a really cool plant to grow and it's really easy to work with, very good yielder, with a great positive energy in the buds and more importantly the buzz. It's totally different than most other strains so you can pick it out in a grow room in a second which is kind of cool considering all the mish mashed strains that are around today and all seem to be like one another. (like alot of the Amsterdam stuff) Some select few strains just really have their own personality & distinct traits with almost an aura of light around them and the Sweet Tooth strain is one of those rare few. It's a nice change from all the skunky or fuel smelling stuff out there, more like a fine sweet perfume on a very sexy lady.

My favorite cut is a sweet#3 x c99 cross I did myself. I still have f1's, not to mention a bucket full of swt#3 seeds. I'm considering doing a cross with my f1's and Dutchgrown's c99 x swt#3 cross, and then stabilize the line. I prefer a hybrid (sativa x indica) high and that cross is the perfect balance. The high centers in the heart chakra, with a warm glow that feels amazing. Sweettooth #3 alone is a little too couchy. C99 a little to speedy and anxiety inducing. The combo is the stuff dreams are made of..

Having said that... the robust, sugar coated, velvety purple swt#3 buds are something every grower should experience. I've tried many fruity varieties, and the tooth is in a class all it's own. Also, swt#3 is one of those varieties, like bluemoonrocks, that doesn't do well in cramped quarters. The bigger the pots the better. Anytime I've tried them in anything less than a 3 gallon pot, they didn't grow well, were runty.

Yes indeed! I thought it was a great cross too. I might have to grow more soon just talking about it. I wish I still had that pheno from the last batch I grew. Some of the sweetest bud I've come across.

treefrog, nice to hear you give good accurate information on the TOoth man!
Also, to keep it less "couchy" I do like my Swt a bit on the early side it makes it more neutral so it's not too up or down just somewhere very groovy right in the middle. I harvest when the trich's start to go cloudy but still have plenty of clear with not much amber, then a nice dry & jar cure in the fridge and it's magical grapefruity fun.
