Sad as fuck. "Waco syndrome" is what I call it. They could have picked this guy up on the street(as they tried, but were so fucking stupid they pulled the wrong guy over) and not broke into his house, at night, with guns blazing.

This kind of thing has happened too often. If some one is breaking down your door , don't confront them, run into your bathroom, lock the door.

Great advice... for a girl, child or the elderly.

I would say that if you are in the bathroom, and your sure its not the cops, and they are still trying to get you, I would ventilate the bathroom door with flying hot lead.
IMHO, this was a perfect case where the fool shooter could have stopped what he was doing long enough to realize the poor victim wasn't about to fillet their ass with a 3 wood. Like somebody already said, the fuck head wanted to be the first to shoot and kill. Probably thought he'd get lunch with the mayor and a key to the city.

A lot of cops in the western US fancy themselves as "quick draw" experts. Wrong guy, no warrant... I hope they grind this fucker up in court!

I don't advocate vigilante justice. But if something like this HAS to happen, I rather it happen to the Tucson assassin than the poor guy in the apartment raid. If the guy in the apartment had had a gun, deputy dog might have ducked, covered and avoided the imbecile of the year in law enforcement award.

no no no... people have got to stop posting links to PRO police websites. The admins of this website (most likely LEO themselves) can see where the traffic is coming from and what IP addresses are entering onto their servers.

Would be too difficult for them to contact ISP of said IP and determine who those users are... and I can assure threads like this are more reason to then just posting pictures of your grow.

Be careful everyone. DO NOT click links which take you outside of ICMAG. If you want to visit said link - copy it - and then paste into another browser window. At least then it will be a direct request rather then a entry THROUGH ICMAG.

I dont understand why ICMAG allows linking to other sites. Seems like a major security threat to those who click on them. At that point your IP address is no longer in the safe hands of icmag who servers are hopefully safe..

Take Care

maybe I'm being paranoid, but why give the police IPs of ICMAG users? By posting a link your giving them a lot of them I'm sure. Or just go that extra step and paste said content/picture on ICMAG yourself...that way nobody has to leave.

It's a good tip but linking IC to leo is a laugh.

he meant admin on the police sight will be leo, not here. at least i hope thats what he meant anything else would be too strange.

I called in and voiced my concern for vigilante policemen not properly executing logistics or policy, and how this is viewed from across the nation as a tragedy and a failure of the Utah Weber-Morgan Strike force...

Another thing is to them, there is no difference between a person that is charged with a non violent offense like cannabis trafficking or cultivation, and someone on the run for murder. To the oinkers both are just "suspects" and you have to handle both situations the same way. It's sick and wrong

This latest drug raid violence is further proof that the war on|of drugs is really a war on people. The nexus between draconian extrajudicial asset forfeiture laws and the militarization of LEO drug raiders provides the now tyrannical police state the means to conduct a war of terror against the State's own citizens, and the funding incentives to justify it's continuance.

More info on asset forfeiture in the USA: http://www.fear.org

It's looking more and more like the single most violent heavily armed best organized street gangs in the USA today are the LEO infrastructures themselves. Tyranny in the form of a draconian legalistic police state is upon us. The Bill of Rights has been shredded, and the rule of law -- with equal protection under the law -- is gone. The USA has become that thing that it's government has disparaged for many decades -- a 3rd World Banana Republic.

Sic semper tyrannis!

the guy who shot him is either trigger happy or scared from his previous incidents which he shouldn't be allowed to be on duty ever again because he has some mental issue where he is overly-scared so he has to be the '1st to kill no matter what'....

he is having flashbacks from school days and when he joined the cop force he vowed to never be pushed around again so he could feel like he is somebody big.

You sir, should have been a Psychiatrist :chin:
