this is business, not the sandbox. i encourage you to aspire to your ambitions, but do not try to bring someone else in.

instead of leaping, try stepping forward. youre doing 6k now? bump it up to 12k. baby steps... no matter how much you know, there is always more to learn. once you master that, move on to 20k.

and youre going to have to learn electrical basics and what not, because there is no outside help. more people that know, more chances of getting busted. even in in med states, commercial grows are frowned upon. sometimes they are legit, but those are few and far between.

if you truly focued on it, in about a year you could be where you want.

set your goals, be realistic, and be patient. im gunning for a commercial grow myself, just because i love growing more than the money. lol, i would undercut everyones prices just to be able to afford to experiment on the side with my hollow questions.

hey im looking to start a larger scale grow. i need information on the whole process for industrial style grows. what will i need to grow around 20lbs of hydro headies every three months. I will need large resevoirs/pumps, heating/cooling, nutrient dosers the whole nine....


I would like to make an enclosed unit inside of an existing warehouse....so any ideas would be greatly appreciated......

also if you have done this in the past and have a sticky please post it here....i need to do lots of research before i can pull this off....

you dont need a warehouse to do 20 lb every 3 months just a big house with a 2 or 3 car garage

I would go
20 600w bare bulb lamps each over a 3x3 tray with 4 plants in soil 2 gal pots in each tray scrog hand watered

1week for cuts 3 weeks veg 8 weeks flower

if you do aprox 5 oz/plant you get 25 lb in 3 months off of 12 kw setup

I would make 2 rooms each one 12'x27' 10 600w's each and flip flop them so you have a consistent 6000w pull from the grid

12'x27' gives you 2 feet of working space in all directions of every table.

i would put the co2 and the ductless ac in one room and
and the co2 and temp sensor / controller in the other.


i would put a big scrubber and fan leading from each room to the other so its a closed scrubbed loop.





this is nearly WAREHOUSE SIZED but could be in a big house as well(house has less rent less inspections less questions more security).

now if you want 20# a month thats different.

no dude, I dont have confidence in partners at all.

I suggest you learn about electrical. Anyone running a comerecial op should be a jack of all trades anyway. What happens when 5 weeks in you have an electrical problem?


I am not shooting you down. A barn you already own is much different than finding a warehouse in a commercial area. I say go for it solo. insulation, temps etc are all issues that can be addressed and fixed. No biggie

the other reason i wanted to move to the barn is im just plain sick of living like a hermit.....I've had this place for a while and I can't have anyone come over for fear of being ripped off or inspiring envy in others. Its bullshit and im sick of it.....If i move everything to the barn I can have a social life again...Im sure some of you must know what its like

This is exactly why I put my grow in an area of the house where no-one ever goes. It's a small personal medical grow, but it still has to be a secret. We can't let this hobby control our life in a negative way. Just upgraded to blumats for that very reason!

bling- thanks for the garage idea...lol its so obvious but I never thought about it...I could be pulling ultra yields sooner than I thought....


Krunch- clean set up bro...10k for all that is a sick deal....shit where I'm shoppin, I would be lucky if I paid 10k just for the lights. even so though 30#'s would be worth it any way you look at it....nice show
