wow i haven't checked the thread in a few days assuming it was dead and i am overwhelmed by the responses, thank you to everyone for getting involved

i did build the frame myself borrowing the design from a tutorial i got online, i wanted a mobile scrog and the design has worked out well, i have the whole thing setup on a wheeled base and daily i will rotate 1/4 turn to keep light distribution even, and i can easily move it around for pruning and watering activities
the person who used this design did not have any issues from pvc poisoning and i hope that is not it

the light was 12" but i moved it up to almost 30" when i initially posted this 5 days ago
since then i have been watering with 6.0 plain water only and my runoff ppm is still 350
but dropping and i am noticing that the tops of buds and new growth looks healthier, there is definite improvement
i really suspect it was just the high ph feed water i was using that caused a lockout not that i was actually feeding too much just the plant wasn't eating what was there

as for switching to coco or making any changes i am not sure what is involved there
i have invested so much time and money already i dont want to navigate towards something that will require much more internet research and money
if its simple and worth it i will do it for
as it is for my next grow i will not be growing just one plant, but i may use the same setup and throw 3-4 different ones under the screen
i don't have any soil left so instead of buying that i can go coco instead
what all is involved in making that switch?

again just want to say thank you to everyone for the help, it feels good to know people have my back here

Responses will generally come slower in this forum because most people know not to answer questions unless you really can help. Far more damage is done by bad advice than not giving any at all lol. Took me awhile before I would help anyone and you know you have improved your knowledge at growing when you can help fix people's problems in the community as this whole thing is very hands-on experienced based.

I know I am very grateful for having my garden saved multiple times in here when I first started and that happenin would have been the end to a lot of things. You'll find a lot of people here who have been helped in this forum and more than grateful to give back.

Some pvc/plastics has it some doesn't which makes it a hands off situation for me. Build one out of organic material. From what I have noticed most shiny, glossy, or bendable plastics/pvc are the guilty.

40amps thanx again and appreciate the honesty and friendliness

i know several people have said to disregard runoff levels but i am still measuring it now and probably will in the future just to collect as much data as possible, i just wont base my actions on those readings solely again

since this post i have watered three times with plain water every other day on the same schedule as the whole grow

last feed before i adjusted to lower ph was fed at 7.4ph/99ppm runoff = 7.0/575ppm
1st since was fed at 6.5ph/88ppm runoff = 6.9/339
2nd was fed at 6.0/86 runoff = 6.6/340
3rd just now was 6.0/89 runoff is now 6.7/534ppm??
how did the ppm go up so much in the past two days without giving it more food?
does this help indicate any reaction to the lower ph'd water or other actions i should be taking?
is it just salt/nute buildup washing away?
when will i know its safe to feed again?

i did a solid trim of all the affected fan leaves to expose some of the healthier under growth
also chopped a few tops to achieve the same thing
the sample bud dried for a few days is already pretty awesome when vaped

i started back with a slight feeding of nutes and used molasses last watering i am going back to the regular schedule i had before just keeping ph at 6

seeing improvements daily and the new growth looks healthy

thanx for everyone's help

It looks like light-bleaching to me. I think only the top of the canopy that is closest and directly under the light has gotten yellow, kind of like a yellow circle in the middle of the scrog where the light is too intense/hot. You can see the edges/sides of the scrog and the lower leaves are green and healthy, that's because they are far enough from the light.
