Whats the higest PPM you have used with no burning. I have used up to 1200 ppm. I want to go to 1450. What you guys think

You meter convert at .5 or. 7?.... 3 ec seems a little hot... from my experience you'll get some insanely dense bud you can't flush...
My meter will read ec but I dont ever look at it I just use the ppm. I dont know what .5 .7 equates to for PPM. I use 1200 all the time for mid flower plus I'm only using a 400 buds dont get to dense unless it's the genetics like BOG SB those get dense all the time.
I just checked it 1450 is 2.2 and 1200 is 1.82.
I have a pile of meters with different conversion factors ...

Were feeding the same now... shy of 2 ec... I've fed at 2.7 without flushing issues... your safe at 2.2 for sure...
I also fed much higher when i didn't understand my first meter... 0.4 conversion... 1200 ppm was 3 ec
Was thinking of going above 2 ec myself.... let's experiment and push the nute levels ... you in coco?

It depends on the strain u r growing IMO
Yes strains will have differing reactions to higher ec levels. you can tell if you have a sensitive plant. My girl is taking 1200 no problems. Im using Happy frog
....this link is to an old thread of mine... a few people chimed in with their feeding schedules broken down weekly by ppm... have a look at Dr.Dog's... he's a heavy feeder and his meter is a 0.7 like yours... i might add he is also a super pro at what he does...
