There is no way the Da will try and prosecute me for the pipes, a misdemeanor, when he will first have to go thru a Franks hearing and produce the ficticious ' source ' that does not exist. I am accusing the pig of perjury and demanding a suppression hearing, at which time I will present a sworn affidavit of my own stating that I have never done the things alleged and that it is impossible. The State has to prove that the evidence they want to use is valid, and they cannot do so.
Sure, I will sue them, as soon as I can find a lawyer that will take the case on contingency..and that is not easy. The ACLU normally does not take cases that do not involve some outrageous damages, and 3 days in jail and a few grand don't qualify, I am sure...I will try them of course, but they are not represented here in the sticks very much...and no lawyer is going to travel to Bumfuck NC to sue a cop.
I hope to shame and expose the narc, who for years has had a reputation for just this kind of crap..he is dirty as hell but the whole system here is corrupt. I will get all my equipment back, which will be a slap in the face to them , and walk with no charges I am sure. it is not worth exposing the narc as a perjurer to them to get a conviction for a pipe or two...they will want this buried.
Normally when the sheriff's pigs here make a bust and raid a home, there is front page stories about it..pictures and all the bullshit...in my case NOT A WORD...No publicity at all. The cops and the scumbag magistrate just wanted to show me that I could not get away with just a paraphenalia charge for all they went thru..and conspired to charge me with felonies they knew would be rejected by the grand jury...to these scum a dismissal is Ok as long as they screw me as much as possible.
We will see who wins this one.
