Vote for the World...We are so lucky in our country to have a voice in what happens here. I have voted all my life but no other vote did I think was as important as this one today. I'm 55 years old and I never thought I'd have a chance to end the needless incarceration of peeps who were just smoking a joint. That un-necessary jailing of people is the most important reason for my YES vote today. For those of you who thought you'd never see it, here is my ballot from my absentee that will be returned YES today...DD

Right on Doobie!

I started smoking when I was 14, and ever since then I knew the good herb would be free some day. I hope that day is today. :tiphat:

They counted on us not being organized and united. It was true. We need to have our shit together ALOT better next time and push for it staying out of the hands of industry.

even though we failed, the momentum is growing... there is a groundswell, the cannabis community must stay vigilant and come back ten times as strong and organized next time around...

Not passing was understandable to me as many patients I know were voting against it as their growing space would be greatly reduced. Many peeps, including I, didn't like the way the bill was written though I still voted for it. It needed some tweeking for sure, but I worried I'd never see this again, I still do. There are a lot of people pushing for this, the wave is still intact, and I'll do what I can the rest of my life to get this on another ballot. We're strong, this was a good example of just how strong...DD

Yup. Bill wasn't perfect. I've got 5 years on you,and have been waiting for this opportunity for almost 4 decades. Have been hoping to see this in our lifetimes. I guess we'll just have to live longer:)

I watched and hoped very much for you.
Apparently, people still ignorant about cannabis. Not seem related to the lack of organization by the supporting.
the Benefits provided by the plant is significant enough To reach a state of almost.
almost It's a big failure, Really big.
the damage by the enforcement of this stupid law is infinitely large.
