Paradise Acid

This is Paradise Seeds version of Sour D. Got one keeper female out of a 5 pack. This is the first time growing it to maturity. I kept the seed plant as my mother and have started cloning off of it. I currently have one 4 x 8 table of Acid under 3 600w HPS. There are 20+ plants on the table as they were mostly flowered from rooted cuts. I have 5 larger Acids that were a bit bigger than the cuts at flip. I will mostly document the 5 larger plants, as the structure of these better represents this variety's potential. The crop is currently at day 17 of flower. Here are some pics. Sorry about quality, as I am working on my camera skills. Better soon to come.

I'm curious on how you picked one for a mother without flowering out all of them.This is a fairly new strain without alot of info.Is there a particular pheno to look for?
I have found 5 diffrent phenos of IC and not much diffrence in veg but in flower is a diffrent story.

The Ice creamis where I found the diffrent phenos but Ive run it from seed on 3 diffrent times once from clone,I dont think paridises acid is even related to rez's work or ecsd.I may be wrong Luc dosnt really give mush info on genetics

Theres a whole thread on IC by biohazzard ,I started one on acid a week ago so I'll be watching ,since I'm waiting to order beans till after the snowstorms and holidays.
Looks like the acid will like a scrog though

Well the reason I settled on this pheno is because it was the only survivor of the 5. The seeds were cracked over the summer. I left on vacation for 2 weeks and trusted my grows to a buddy. Needless to say he doesn't quite have the growing experience that I have. So, came home to one surviving Acid seedling. I nursed it back to health, transplanted, and spent a decent amount of time vegging so could get enough cuts to run a full table of it in my room. So for me to get a good gauge on a strain I need to have at least one table of the given variety.

Here is what I have gathered from the Acid so far. Clones root fast with 100% success rate within 10 days. Veg rate is moderate. Excellent side branching and is easily trained. Branching tends to be more vertical than lateral. Stretch upon flower is 2-2.5, quite similar to Sour D, maybe not quite as much. Buds are set up at day 19 of flower. Normally my Sours stretch well into week 4 or 5 of flower. So the stretch is a little easier to manage. I will have more to come as I get further into flower.

So far, I believe it has good potential as a Diesel hybrid. I have another batch waiting in the wings, as well as more seedlings. I am a huge fan of Paradise Seeds and the work that they do. I am hoping that this can make its way into my normal rotation.

jm420- I ran the Ice Cream for 3 runs and was pleased with the stability and end product. If memory serve me right, I came out with 3 distinct phenos out of 10 seeds. Settled on the more dome-shaped colas with good yield. The Ice Cream didn't stand the test of time, and has since been culled.

Along with this grow, I have 2 tables of Skywalker OG and DJ's Old Time Moonshine. On the trial 3x6 is Steve's OG x Blue Satellite, Dieselrella, and F-13. If anyone would like me to document any of these other varieties, please let me know.

That's out of order, Luc is a lovely guy, really warm and kind, if I was there and you spat at him I'd slap you right out of your fake white rasta saddo boots.

I think Acid is a fine name, personally.

Each to their own. Luc is a liar,, he denied he sold his Sensi Star to Black Label ,, claiming they ripped him off,, yet was content to continue stocking their regular genetics to the same suppliers. We told him as such on Overgrow.

Yeah the person that called it "green crack" was also a tosser !
