11 tons disguised as supersacks of titanium oxide.....yeah this has been big news in the last couple days.
on another note a grow op in a healthy house was busted in the same area.....qouted as "designer weed"...96 plants...1million$ street value.

Yeah. Imagine all the cheetos and cherry soda that may have been destroyed had that weed hit the streets. Mark another one up for the "good guys". Im glad to know my hard earned tax dollars are being burnt chasing crimes with no victims....

about that 11k tons..its all brickpack..and chicago dealers selling herbs are glad their prices just went up. amazing how cops think they are doing anything except raise the profits for those who still exist. even if they took out the top dog thats giving a dozen underlings potential to make money.....

hey im glad that many posters here agree that the DRUG WAR IS A SHAME AND A WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY.
fact # 1. the cops LIED about this haul. thats 3 lights, producing at most 6lbs every 3 months. 6lbs of high grade will only sell for 25k or so. so this operation only generated 100k a year. THERE IS NO FEASIBLY WAY THIS GENERATED 1 MILLION DOLLARS.
fact # 2. the cops probably spent 100k+ in salaries, equipment, overtime, etc for this raid. so this means that THE TAXPAYER has effectively spent 100k for some steroid popping cops to kill some PLANTS.
fact # 3. the drug war is an utter failure and most of america recognizes this.. however our government has a vested interest in continueing marijuana prohibition, from big pharma to DEA seizures, the government loves to imprison its own people.
fact # 4. other marijuana dealers in this county are probably enjoying their extra profits. and if they are arrested people will take their place. IT WILL NEVER STOP...

That setup was NOT producing 2# per, I guarantee it. They'd be lucky to get more than 1# per with that type of canopy. But with W. 175th Street's street values, I guess it's okay to run such an inefficient grow.

Only if you're used to smoking bammer or midgrade. I can't possibly imagine that it was a big shipment of dank that got stopped.
Save up for the local top shelf. Probably cheaper in terms of amount need to achieve the high. At least temporarily.
I remember a tiny little 0.3 - 0.4 gram $10 sack (the smallest baggies available; 3 for $20) of top-shelf dispensary weed re-sold on street corners that would last me at least a couple days that I used to pick up when I first arrived in CA as a lightweight. Pinch off a tiny little piece, pack a bowl, set for the day or at least several hours.

lol , yup im sure it was mids , but something of this magnitude will be felt around here . mids is very cheap and gives you something to smoke while saving up for a bag of the good stuff nerd . chicago is very diffrent than cali . we dont have dispensaries so top shelf weed is expensive , but around , and at christmas time and this time of economic crises sometimes your wallet forces you to smoke the mids

That pic of the train bust is slightly odd, in that if the bust was just a few days ago, there should be several of inches of snow still on the ground..

I would agree that crap is out here in an abundance an has its market . Its really an age thing , the fairly young and influenced by media industrys want wat there told to smoke or wat there favorite rapper smokes Kush , They buy the crap on days they cant afford the kush , An there even demanding better crap. An older folks just want some descent crap , most cant afford to smoke it ... so it does fuel alot . But the city is a word of mouth town like any other ,An its all things kush here nowdays. Not many citys get the price you can charge here if profit is wat your after 5 grand lb on a bad day , An quality is superb .
