I agree that it was more positive than negative. They were spinning pretty hard for the pro-legalization side, even if they were sensationalizing it a bit. Ratings are ever important and elusive.

This is a very interesting subject. When I see pics of big busts in the news all the lights are hung higher then most here would say is the best height. Me being me I think WTF? They have people there to raise and lower the lights... The resent big bust in the UK comes to mind, or that huge warehouse in some eastern block country that I forget the name of. I saw this movie once with Tom Cruise in it. It was called Top Gun.

In it, Tom and Val Kilmer are rival fighter pilots.

In most of the movie, the main characters fly around in F-14 talking to one another without their masks on.

To anyone not in the know, this probably means nothing.

For those of us who know that F-14 cabins are not pressurized and that the microphones are INSIDE the masks.... it was a funny sight. People flying F-14s either wear their mask or they asphyxiate. They certainly do not joke around while flying complex maneuvers and communicating with their buddies with their masks off.

Of course, a cynical person could point out that it would be hard to tell Tom and Val apart if their faces were covered by masks. This would not spoil the humor that a real F-14 pilot would feel while watching the movie.

I noticed she had a pic with her and Obama which is pretty cool because that says alot about the circles she is involved in and I think alot of people saw that and must have scratched their heads because of all the normal stereotypes basically being disproven in such a simple but powerful image. Hell they probably got high together back in the day! Well known fact Obama smoked some buds.

I still do believe he (the Prez) is definitely one of us but just can't risk the exposure or heat right now considering all things and I'm guessing if he could flip a magic switch and legalize it he would but there are just too many opposing forces at work right now which is really a shame because we are all suffering as a nation from the grief caused by the current federal laws regarding it. So anyways Obama, we love you man please just legalize it and be a hero for us all so we can just live happy peaceful lives with a nice buzz and not have to worry about the DEA kicking our asses and taking our meds all the time. Typical Washington politics, it's not at all uncommon to have a bill that seems to support one thing but written into it in the fine print is actually alot of stuff that works against the same thing. Like for instance A bill seeming to support the right to bear and keep arms but tucked within it are attachments that increase gun control.
