it depends on your po and bail guy. the could revoke your bail or you could end up in drug classes.

It prolly depends on the state, but i failed my first piss test for coke, weed, and alchohol. I was just honest about it and told her i was gunna fail right after takin the test. i said "i was trying to impress a girl at a party and when she offered some weed and coke i didnt wanna look like a pussy so i did it... and i really regret it and its not somethin i'll ever do again." lol. She let me off with a warning and since that ive been smarter about when i do shit so i dont come up dirty on a test. Since i was up front about it she let it slide, but normally they'll put u on a po hold for 3 -7 days, for your first offence and revoke you on your 2nd.

K2 is going to be schedule I in less than a month iirc. Also, using k2/spice doesn't mean you're clean. Not knocking on anyone that smokes it just sayings it's a drug just like all the other ones.

Yea it goes against the terms of probation of "staying sober", but it wont show up on a drug test.

IDK what your cases are or what amount of time (if any) you might be looking.

the last time i was in trouble i was looking at doing 1-3 years. I wound up getting my lawyer to make a deal to send me to rehab. It was a lot better then jail IMO, and if weed and coke is worth more to you then your freedom it would you would probably benefit from it. My deal was for only a 3 month in-patient program followed by 2 years probation. It gave me a little bit of time to reflect on why i was getting in trouble. sure, everyone in the weed game runs the risk of getting popped. but multiple charges? failing drug tests on bail and probation? you need to chill out.

I know a lot of people hate on rehab. In my experience rehab tough me a lot about myself.

Take care of your shit, dont smoke weed (for now), play their game (for now). You need to get out of trouble so you can get off their radar. If you live in a small town or city were all the cops know you by name, MOVE. Ive been arrested 8 times in my life and every single one was in my home town were the cops know my name.
