ive ran 100's of drip lines over the last 5-6 years. and never once used this shit, and never once had plugged lines, WHEN I WAS DOING SHIT CORRECTLY.
so if u want to multiply lets say 45 grows, times the cost of the drip-crap...how much is that, thati didnt spend?

humic acid, seaweed, BUSHMASTER, SNOW STORM all cause clogging. and usualy where the tube is restricted, like @ connections and basket dripper ends.

these companies are all selling you shit just to make money.

it was made for keeping drip lines clean in drip irrigation, but also is the only additive that prevents salt buildup on the market....

but, thats not what this thread is about, hence the title.....

it prevents salt buildup in your medium, period. it works fucking miracles,i haven't flushed in years, except for harvest flush......

krunch, what do you use for nutes, as in base nutes and supplements that you always use, not anything that you are testing out, but what you always run.

i plan on using drip clean with sensi bloom, humic, fulvic, kushie kush, and hygrozyme.

how has amino aid been working for you?

and Let me know some more of you results with using kushie kush.

also how do you use kushie kush, do you just use the 2 ml/L all the way through flower, i would imagine going 1/4, 1/2, then full strength, would be better suited to the natural cycle of the cannabis plant?

I think DIGITALHIPPY's point is that if you run a lower ppm your plants you wont have salt build up, and wont need drip clean.

Lower ppm = less money spent.
No drip clean = less money spent.

Both seem like reasonable points. I run a filter between my pump and feed lines too.

Just went and picked some up. For the low application rate, it costs next to nothing.

The roots excellurator IS expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I'm pretty sure you are saying Drip Clean is one of those products...since you posted your general statement in the Drip Clean thread.

Make our own? I don't recall ever using a grow product that I could make at home. A little dishsoap, a little rubbing alchohol, tablespoon of motor oil...bam Drip Clean!

Seriously though, Mistress makes the claim that it is only dish soap. I don't make that claim.

I could care less to try to make my own version, I leave that to professionals. You must be one of those guys who leaves the hydro store in a huff pissed off about the money you spent. <shrug> Takes $$$ to make $$$.

It really doesn't even cost that much at all, when you consider the amount you use is next to nothing. But feel free to reverse engineer it or whatever. I've got much more important shtuff to be doing personally.

if your flushing your soilwith RO water does the water have to be PH'd to a certain value?

No not necessary RO water is so PH unstable it flashes to the same PH of whatever you add it to.

Drip Clean, Florakleen, Clearex, all do the same thing. Those are the products from the 3 different companies that I know of.
