Thought i post a couple pics of my coco beds. This is second grow using coco and i'm really digging it. 4 strains @32 days flower w/ zero veg. time(ogk, bubba, some crazy BD cross, and super skunk).

This round i used H&G w/ great white and added black strap mollases twice at rate of 5ml. per gal.

looks good...looks like you've got something else in the mix? Perlite and something else?

Nice setup, how big is it?

the flower area is 4'x12' but im only using about 9' of that rt now. I'm using those super tubs from lowes w/ a hole drilled at the bottom and about 1" of perlite for drainage. There's six total trays under (4) 600 watt

What tubs are you referring to? Got a link or pic of tub by itself? Thanks in advance!:tiphat:

Very nice! I like the tubs and you can do a perpetual when one tube is done just lift it out and replace it with a new tub from the veg area.

I ordered some SuperSkunk seeds recently and I want to make a SOG too. I'm collecting information from very good grows and I think your grow is very similar to what I want to do. They were about 4-6" maybe no?

I bought mine SS from SensiSeeds. Do you mind to tell where you bought yours?

I've got a couple ideas on my next run..just haven't made a decision yet... either way, it'll be pretty big! lol

Waiting for more pics man! :drum:

Nice...I,ve been considring doin the same exact thing with those tubs and seeing yours might give me the motivation to start...cpl questions if u don't mind. How many cuts per tray and u said u only have one hole for drainage...how often and how much do u water each tub? I was gonna drill like 6-8 holes but if one is enuff then makes my job easier :) also is this your first run using this method w/tubs? Thanks for your help....good vibez!

One hole w/ a layer of perlite works but more holes would definitly be better. Each tray has 3 rows of 4. So 12 per tray. Packing them tight will really depend on the strain. My ogk does not do to well with no veg. But my BD cross is amazing. I can almost get 1 pound off one tray if i pack in 4 rows of 4. 16 total.

No this is my second run. My first run i did 100% coco but i did not like how much water it held. So this time i mixed in about 30-40% perlite and its doing much better.

With my humidity around 45% @ 80 F. w/ co2 I feed my plants every other day about 10-12 gal. Sometimes ill go an extra day. Either that or i might turn off my drippers and hand feed only the trays that need it. So about 2gal. per tray every 2 days.

Nice, I like your use of the mortar tubs. They're cheap and easily portable. A question: where does the runoff go? Are you somehow recirculating? It looks like the tubs are resting on tables of some sort.

Drain to waist. I built (3) 4x4 table's out 2x4 and osb. They are 18" tall and i have a Bucket under each drain. I do plan on connecting the drain holes to a pipe w/ a 1/4" slope per ft. so i can drain to a single point instead of having to manually dump 6 buckets.
