what is your feeding recipe for coco?

Seedlings: Canna Coco in keg cups till they are rootbound enough to transplant, feeding with 4 ml Flora Micro for Hard Water, + 6ml Flora Bloom, and some Liquid Karma for first couple weeks. Once the roots are actually spread out good, I up the dose to 6/9 per gallon + Liquid Karma and leave them in the keg cups around 3 weeks, by then they are rootbound enough to transplant.

Veg: After week 3 or so transplant into 4inch square pots where they stay for a week or 2. By now they grow fast as shit. Keep using 6/9 with LK.

Bloom: 6/9 + LK for first 3 weeks, on day 15 add Kool Bloom with the 6/9 @ 1 teaspoon per gallon, I do this again at day 30.

On day 30: Cut out the micro all together and use only bloom but I up the dosage from 9ml per gallon to 11 per gallon, with additional kool bloom on day 36.

Around day 50ish, start to flush if the plants are close, strain specific.

I also use FloraKleen periodically throughout the whole grow to keep the built up salts to a minimum.

Easy as pie and gets you buds like this:

I have been using Floranova bloom for everything veg to harvest for my trees. 8ml a gallon ph 5.8. EC usually is about 1.7. I then also use hygrozyme(thinking about not using this anymore. Anyone have any feedback on if it is worth it to run hyrozyme?), DM Zone at 1ml per gallon, and just started using drip clean at 1ml per 2 gallons. I am also thinking about switching over to GH Micro and Bloom and trying 6/9 to see if it can help get rid of some of my cal mag issues I have been having in late flower and in some of my plants that really suck up the calcium and magnesium. I also want to start adding in silica.

I have been using H&G and very happy w/ it so far using there feeding chart. running coco beds sog zero veg. I have also used canna w/ great result. also got to say excellent flavor w/ canna too. dont know about h&g yet. Watch out for cal/mag hungry strains in coco.

Alright all! Newcomer to coco, I've got canna a & b with some pk 13 14 for later on. Quick question if I may - when would you esteemed gents add in Molasses and how much? Cheers!

I would just stick to the nutes you have at first. run molasses a few times when you us plain water at the end of flower if u want..but if you avoid additives for a while, you can then see if there is a difference when you add a new additive later on.

I use molasses a lot with my organic grow ( teas etc. )
I have no idea if it really helps in coco ?

does anyone have a huge difference using in in coco ?

I am doing coco hempy buckets using Flora Nectar Pineapple Rush right now mixed with every watering with Maxibloom as my nutrient. I also trim most large fan leaves off, so I figure I would supplement a little sugar.
Will try molasses next since this pineapple rush is pricey for sugar water. I'm guessing it is just cane sugar that was heated and mixed into water.

This is my first time using sugar of any kind, so we'll see what happens.

i know molasses has calcium and iron.
i don't leave any fan leaves or lower growth at all. I train the plants for weeks until they have 8 to 12 tops or more..but leaving them 2 to 3 feet tall....then into flower. i butcher them..but then i get lots of nice colas ..yield is always more with a limited plant count ( like scrog without the screen )

Yeah, I prune mine so they look pretty sparse, but they fill in nicely fairly quickly, but not as bushy as they would be without the pruning.
I figure they get fed regularly, and they are in a controlled environment, so I will trim what is not needed to keep them going. Less leaves going to waste for a much better yield in the end.
I also like to LST my branches outwards so more light penetrates throughout the entire plant.

Thanks for the reply Medical Marvel! I've had people say to not use it (molasses) with flushing (just stick to plain water), but it makes sense to not use it first I guess, to a comparison like you say. Hmmmm I'll try and stay strong and not use it then!

no problem..i do use molasses the first day or two of the plain waterings at the end of flower...some seem to love using it..some don't..but if you use a baseline for a crop or do a side by side comparison you will know.
