Another vote for Banghi Haze...

Bro i'm in 43ºN at spain and you can finish some nice shit here too! Dont worry about too early crosses. I've finished here many stuff during november without problems, lots of sativa crosses... just watch out for the rains/mold and everything will be fine (plus you will get amazing colors with november temperatures)!!

Thanks BFSKINNER and all....great thread and info

At present Im not too sure but Im looking for sources myself since loosing all my landraces due to bastard feds.

Late september wow thats earlier than I thought for swazi tbh!
What seedbank is it from?

I ran a few swazis from African seeds and they went well into october and wanted to go beyond.
But Im above 50n (UK) so BFSKINNER you should have no problem at 42n.

Ive heard Durban is earlier and the Lesotho strain so Im looking for them and any other early African plants.
These type of strains are real tough and the quality of a well grown African is unbeatable.

The Swazi is an old friends, from all descriptions I read it seems to be a Swazi Skunk, far too quick and short, yieldy to be any relation of the Rootibart weed from there.

Transkei weed is meant to be good, lots of rainforests/mountain weed that I heard was very mould resistant, but then most Sativas are.

both look beautiful ,i dont know how much longer id run that AH as she looks done from here ,but id like to applaud you for growing the sativas/sat dom strains in your local not sure exactly where your at but congrats on the fine work........

She is done, ish, bits had been harvested, it si a really nice smoke, but not yet really devastating, that is what I am looking for, but a really nice tasty smoke, really loved by all who have tried, a dead cert addition to my small list of keepers, early and resistant, elite quality. She did snap her stem, but had pole position for hurricane winds, so not sure I would blame her, otherwise a very tough plant, perfect health and not that bothered by caterpillars.

what latitude did you grow the amnesia haze outdoors?
....

This is Barcelona area, but plenty of extreme wind and rain, sometimes for days long. Here, getting morning sun in the Autumn to burn off the dew is more important than the plants place during summertime, it is not about growing impressive plants, it is about finishing off top quality flowers. :)

What do you guys think?

I don't have many sativa dom strains (seeds), but I have some Apollo11, Sage, Mango Haze (only 5), Trainwreck S1s, and Highland Oaxacan Gold to choose from. It looks like the 10 SSH f2s I popped so far are more indica dom, or possibly skunk instead of haze.

I'm thinking Sage will be my best bet, but if I get lucky Mango Haze will be the one. Trainwreck may be good, but not in comparison. I'd like a "Indoor" sativa dom that does great in SOG with a height restriction.

I'm thinking about ordering PPP, White Widow, NL x Haze, or Jock Horror from Nirvana.

I'm not sure how much Sativa i'd like, but possibly a 60%/40% sativa dom hybrid would be enough, and White Widow would be great. I'd definitely like as strong, soaring, and trippy of a buzz as I could get.

The white widow Ive smoked is pretty couchlock,
the mango haze and Oaxacan sound good.
Have you looked at afropips strains?

jtr, or as my buddy i gave some clone to this year calls it "jack the (mother fucking) ripper". he pulled 10 last weekend, and they are all finished nicely. lemon plege smell, and looks every bit of potent as my indoor jtr. although i wouldnt think twice about running bangi haze from ace. his genetics carry a good name.

Im intrigued, tell me more :)

I got a cut from my bro Lasko and I planted it oustide, guerilla stile. 46 latitude. Finish around second half of September. It was practically in shade under DJ short plants, heavily seeded with my F13 male since it was earliest to start flowering. I collected around 300 to 400 mature seeds and threw away 1000 immature ones. Buds that i kept are curing in a jar. They are fluffy since i removed seeds. This is strong stuff. At least for me. No other outdoor plant I had this year can even come close regarding potency. Smoke test was done with finger/scissor hash from seed removal process + 1 fluffy bud. The turn was really strong and it peeked after 10 minutes, buzz lasted for an hour and come down after two hours. I was sitting in front of a telly with my laptop unable to change program or type. It was as if my whole body was electrified. :) zap zap zap ... 10/second :) I call it "The shaker" hahaha
Laughed my ass of. Maybe I should have done some physical activities. I'll try this next time. I smoked it before with lasko in his Bushman x C99 cross. Same feeling. It dominates in cross. It brings raw potency to the cross.

Here's it is month before harvest:

I believe swiss breeders bread it in Ciskey region in SA, and then selected fastest phenos for finish @ higher latitudes. Hope I got this info correct. Indoor bushman from my bro lasko:

Jep cox ciskei is perfect for our guerilla and quite strong smoke. I like also that grape taste :D Yesterday i smoked some c99/ciskei from outdoor and is not as good as pure ciskei. Taste & smell are ciskei dominant, but the high is not so intensive.
It came from herbaria stock, and than spanish brodas work on this line before i get it.
Indoor like 45-55 days depends on pheno, outdoor 45,5 N finish from early to late september.
