Good call, interesting reads.

I've always said the skunkiest of all the weed I've smelled happened to always be outdoor, outside has alot of UV!

Thank you for suggestions STHCR i dont have the area to devote to 1 project like that..
i have many other thoroughbreds in the stable to look after as well..
i have reversed the RKS yet because im sure wont work.. Sam made a solid strain,
kinda why its stood up to the times..
i have a few cuts that i reverse but pollen is sterile, useally the homg ones are the toughest but best for true breeding..

T2U i think my 91C is most stanky next to my 1999 sour d pheno that i Cant seem to get viable pollen from , im gonna go with the 91 and maybe some Tahoe and some
Alen Tech male pollen for some f1's for now

Where is Trinity or HP13 Id really like to use some of that on her , reg or reversed!

I dont think UV affects terpenes and chlorophyll "ie" taste smell makers.. as much as the medium that plant grows in
I think its the natural microorganisms found in soil combined with the higher UV may have somethin to do with it

Mr. Nice "Shit" has what you guys are looking for in it and these are very old pure Skunk Afghani genes we are talking about here in this plant. Some are more sweet fruity skunky but a few phenos are extreme straight skunk & shit spray that is just like getting sprayed by a skunk. Major odor control needed indoors! Too racy for my tastes though. :canabis:

Huge yielded for sure. I grew two packs from Shanti that he sent me direct from Italy circa 2008. I still have a mom.

Was yours a really fast flower time too? I did mine in hydro and most were ready in 6 weeks flowering with huge donkey dick colas, 2 plants were really extreme skunky but this was seeds from earlier than 2008.

I havn't come across anything stinkier than Cannacopia's BC RKS in the last 15 years... skunk heaven. Apparently they will be working on a backcross line... I would think this is the one most would be looking for.

That was another option..but some people were complain of other scents in the grow reviews..Maybe when the backcross hits us then yea..U prolly grew out WAY more of the roadkill beans then most of us so ur selection should have been better..isnt deep chunk a stinker 2?

Your one of the first people to say they are that stinky, how many did you grow?

well, at least folks are starting to pay attention cause there are more reports about potential rks, but finding a stinky skunk in the group does not make it the rks. too many of us bear witness to the true rankness of real rks and imo, "road kill" is not really the best definition of this odor. further, i am pretty certain that mr. chimera knows the aroma of rks and knows that cannacopia is not there yet. peace-biteme

I have grown out about ten seeds. Outdoors and in. There are a few that were STANKY. Definite RKS smells- ALL SKUNK FUNK- NO SWEET. They were very sugary, had some purple at the end and were huge yielders. Just a mellow high though....Check out Humbleguy's posts too, I think in the san diegos finest threads. He had a couple of stinkers as well. Check out braindeads posts too. There is definitely some stank in these genes.
The RKS I remember from around 90' was lime green, almost no hairs, and reeeeaked somethin proper. Got me RED EYED and stoned to the bone. Almost too high- but then again my brain was young and fresh and ready for the meltin......still chasin the dream.

I have had all three of the parental lineage of skunk#1 and each one of them would tear the top of your head off. I have never smoked a skunk bud that can compete. Great smokes, but never kill material.

I still contend that the road kill skunk aroma you folks seek is found in a true afghan plant. That is what was called skunk around say 79-82 in that time frame. Called that because of, well...let's ask mr obvious! :)

Although a quaint novelty, I have never gotten high off the sniff of a sack. I have tried countless thousands of times, but just can't get er done. (shrug)
