How do the big time(large volume growers) cure their buds?

Guys like Nomad, Trinity Gold, Humboltlocal and others harvesting lbs per plant can't possibly cure their buds in mason jars. I've read many threads saying glass is the best(plastic bins leave a taste, etc) to cure in but..... Anyone(especially if you are in the high volume category), how do they/you do it? I'm more interested in cure methods used than drying. BTW unfortunately I'm definitely not in that category! Thanks

I have seen plastic bins used for curing larger quantities.

I smoked some of the buds, they didn't taste bad.

My guess is that they just chop and dry the majority.

Pounds are pounds after all... now headstash is another story.

I am simply speculating. Don't be suprised if you don't get many responses, as anyone who grows big has a certain level of anxiety.

Ain't that the truth....lol.

Heard of massive mason jars before....that would be rad indeed....just a pain in the ass to 'fully' burp (take buds out, air out for a min, put back in.)

But I think Mustard is probably right, most, likely don't cure the buds before going to market.....but that's where you get the difference between 'good' and 'bad' outdoor IMO....

Different strokes for different folks.

big old trash bags for the win, doesn't leave any flavor and helps sweat\cure em out at the end.. plus you can put it in piles of trash and it looks like trash ;) ahhahahaha

I find the P's cure up just fine after a couple weeks in T bags. You might have to open them up once in a while at first to keep your moisture levels right though.

Everyone i know sells the weed right when its dry....whats this curing you speak of? lol, No but seriously, this weed smokes fine/good if its dried correctly and properly. Not the job of the grower to cure it imo.

Not saying i don't cure headstash....but i just use a case of quart widemouths. Holds about a lb. Also they sell gianormous glass jars that could be used for this.... they are 25$ each or something, but 3 gallon. Buy 8 of them.

i'm not to much of an overthinker. i think he ment trash bags

IDK, I've known several west coast friends to really talk up their Reynold's turkey bags...apparently they fit exactly a P :tiphat: could be wrong though, maybe he did mean trash bags

I don't know that its the best way to cure but paper lawn and leaf bags work. fill em up half way so you have lots of room to stick in a paddle or something to stir it with. You can leave em for a few days and don't have to worry about burping them ,and any excess moisture is expunged through the paper. Just place them in a dark room with a dehumidifier on lowest setting. Make sure its not running constantly. You aren't looking to crispify things. just keep them from molding and going bad. Roll the top, Kinda like if it was a smaller bag you packed your lunch into.

t bags most def and seen a plastic bin or two, i remember when I didn't know what a turkey bag even was, found out from pounds of grass not thanksgivin haha

don't you think the grower should be responsible for providing a "finished product" after all we do all the work right?
freeze dry=to commercial for my tastes
jar cure/turkey bags=sparkling resin covered medical homegrown
