Cuttings that root, but yellow tops ?

The fill out sheet isnt completely relvent for this case but here's my question ?

My cuttings are rooting and quite furiously (rooted in 7 days), But here is the thing, the top/new foliage goes a translucent pale yellow/green color (almost like there is no chlorophyll there) while the cutting is trying to root.

What happens is they kinda just grow roots at a good pace but the top doesn't really start growing, till quite some time later, it just sorta lags, and has to grow through that yellow top (side shoots from another node (if it has any) usually grow and take off first)

mind you im not complaining because ive been having really good success with at least getting cuttings to root compared to all the others methods i have done, but i know it can be better soooo what do you think ?

Too Much Light, forcing the cutting to try and grow and put roots on the same time as growing causing deformed new foliage due to not having enough materials ?

here is a picture

im pretty sure its Not a hunger problem, as one it happens with in usually 5-7 days and is only affecting the top, the lower fan leaves dont yellow (which is usually the first part that typically gets consumed), and its not your standard yellowing from lack of nutrients, its like the leaves had a grow mutation where there missing the chlorophyll

also

the medium that they root in is prefertilized lcmix with bone, alfalfa, and kelp (standard mix i use for everything). If anything feeding them would probably kill them with nute burn

but i could be wrong

when you transplant them it will go away. Roots just need some room. At least this how it always go's for me.

this is a strong light stress. They will be cool in a couple of days.Increase distance between plants and light.

kinda what i was figuring, gonna have to make a light shroud for the next batch of cutting, as they are as far away from the light as possible in my veg section, but then again i can reduce the light amount by half (currently only using 2x13w cfls).

but i will only know once i take more cuttings which will probably be a month from now.
