Sometimes you find a bud in your garden you can hardly believe, I knocked down about 8 of these from the same plant, they're about as wide as a license plate.Not sure what I did to make them grow like this but I know a machine trimmer wouldn't cut it!!! The slithery SSH was nice too..........

Oh, I just don't like the taste of the purple one.If you like Jack Herer, you'll love this weed and lots of folks do but I'd rather huff a diesel with some honey white sprinkles....Tastes like a purple crayon in a joint.I will say that she was a summer flyer, no rot pm or anything but a bug here or there, that's why I picked KF, SSH and Larry for summer, they won't be ruined by summer growing....

Good morning tri state trich heads. I'm glad you guys babies made it through the "storm", lol. As far as hooking someone up for nada and them getting greedy I wouldn't worry about it, it's all about karma. You done a good thing hooking up a buddy and if he turns around and acts like a douche that's his problem and his bad karma. At the least you know where his head is at and he won't be getting nothing else for free from ya so bad karma is hitting him already. I was a lil confused about the situation but being a good old hippy I had a serious sit down with my lava lamp and got my head straight. Stay safe and stoned peoples.

Just had a horrible experience at liquid sun in pawt...

1. There wasn't a price on anything in the store.
2. I asked about coco (having been through a couple grows with it already), told me I couldn't get into the canna coco without buying the complete line of nutes like it was some special club. I realize its hard to find canna but for christsake... wtf does it matter.
3. An all around elitest attitude as if I've never grown a plant before.
4. Making fun of people who use sawhorses... I was confused on this one, I guess the point was you NEEDED to buy a fuckin tray/table holder or you are "not professional".
5. Mentioned I went to foxboro usually, he said "they are the anti-foxboro" At least in foxboro I don't feel alienated and bad about coming into their store.

Looks like its back to worms way, now that I've moved back to RI and somehow closer to sutton.

Hey Admiral, a friend of mine owns Liquid Sun out of Holyoke, Ma. and he opened a store in Pawtucket. I've only been to the store in Holyoke but the owner is a good guy. The address of the Pawtucket store is 1179 Central Ave., Benny's Plaza. Might be a good option from the Worm.

I heard he can be a dick. I was planning on going there for coco, but I already have the canna A&B nutes.
Perhaps I will call ahead, too long of a trip for me, to be dick'd with.

admril. i know what you mean. that guy pushes canna nutes hard. i used to be a liquid sun customer, but i found even in other locations that are very limited with what they carry. if you ask for something they dont have, they automatically talk a bunch of shit about it. ( my case was House and garden, and LED's)
i bought a ballast from them that went bad. and they almost sent me packing with out a replacement, untill i mentioned greenlife always gives u a donor ballast). now months later, my ballast still isnt back.
they are the only store in new england that carries canna gear, but ive found other brick coco that works great, ive even started fucking w promix.

one good thing about the pawt liquid sun is, they carry bubble bags. (thats where i got mine)

yea the dude at liquid sun is a tool imo. he gave a friend of mine a hard time for ordering online and said not to come back if was just gonna go to liquid sun for onesies and twosies. he also thinks the canna line is the best product on earth, pushes it way to hard. i like good to grow and hydro earth. good places where you can talk shop and not get scrutinized.

Not to continue the bash fest too much but I have also heard from a few CG friends that they do not like the liquid sun dude's attitude and pushiness. They say he seems to be too elitist and unwilling to accept that some customers want something other than what he is pushing.

If you're going to compete with the prices and convenience of online ordering then be prepared to provide top notch customer service! Otherwise whats the point of trying to keep local business local etc etc.

Wow, sorry to read all that. I'm not sure if my friend is aware what is happening in his pawt store or if it's some sort of store policy. I've always done well by my friend but I've never visited any of his other stores. Sorry about the apparent bum steer.

NOt to keep the liquid sun bash train going. I get the same impression as everyone else, """ if he doesn't carry it, he says its garbage ". An "Canna's the best " I believe Some of there additives rock, but high priced. there nutes i see nothing special about, just a fancy container an high name brand prices. But thats another story...

I had a conversation up at holyoke one day, an as fatblunt says, he doenst seem to like people coming in for small things only. He was bitching about newbies after newbie coming in,and i looked at him and basically said " if someone comes in and spends $ 80- 100 and your making 20+bucks off the sale, who cares, not everyone can spend away. If u make 20 bucks so be it, your a business owner, thats 20 bucks more then u had 2 min ago" . BUt Then the next person comes in and spends the same , the next maybe more , then a newbie , etc...... Felt like he should ATLEAST be watching some chef ramsey to learn some simple business ethics. Anycase.. I've had good experiences to there.

Had the elite attitude with it. i Guess i see just like some others do as well.

Otto, good to see u back. I always wanted to put a casey outside. One of the biggest an fastest plants i ever grew. make sure you watch the mold on her thou. keep the pics coming.

What a bummer, one of the best growing seasons in years, i got bugged out early in the season an never put anything out. on the positive note, i got a bunch of healthy 1 ft cuts in stasis ready to go. when the temps drop a little more. Also will be making some additions to rooms this winter... stay tuned on that one. got some new ideas rolling arround in the back of the head.

Worms Ways Is over priced just a little but great service.. Also have you tryed going Harvest Moon there prices are fair and found them to be helpful ..

Admiral, if it helps I've seen him do just about everything you described there before to someone else so, if nothing else he's consistent. Don't take it personally.

I haven't had any bad experiences personally to be honest. He's been a chill dude to me, I tend to just go in get what I need and get out. He's always quick to offer up some black bags and helps me carry shit outside. But it seems like he doesn't do customer service very well, fielding questions doesn't suit him. I've been there when he's gone off on a customer and said some pretty uncool things. Seems like standard stuff, shitting on products he doesn't carry, newbies, and the one time I saw him flip out on a guy trying to return a pump he saw on-line for less money. That got intense.

WW is so-so. Overpriced and out of the way but they have a lot of stock.

I think I've been to that place with the nasty waitress........Nice day out there today, people are startin' to say it's the best outdoor year in memory.Larry was showing some fall colors the other day, stuff came out unreal.....She was starting to die off around day 70, some of the bud tips started to fizzle but not signifigant just the signs of age related weakness....
