P.T. Outdoor

Planted two P.T. females on 4/26/10 and they are already 9'. Sent for them at canna pot web shop. Last seeds they had from Felix.
I am on the west coast and was quite impressed with the rapid growth. Had to bend the tops. Branches already need tying. Will post a pic at a later date.

Purple T. lovers,

Hope everyone's summer is well. Here are some pics

This first one is Purple T. #1. Just an amazing, well adjusted beauty.

Here's Purple T. #1 with a Praying Mantis Chillin'. I've got a lot of these ladies/gentlemen hanging in my Hoophouse this year.

This is a shot of Purple T. #8. Got the ph in that problem solved, she looks great now, and she's in Pre-flower.

My other Owl's strains are doing great too, here's a Heaven shot, this is #3.

Peace all!

These are the fastest sativas I have ever grown. When I sprouted them they were purple. They do not have any purple now. The leaf structure in mine are not as thin as I expected. Yours seem thinner. I wonder how many pheno's there are?
Have you ever heard of a strain up there called Durban Lambskin?

Peace.

My leaf structure on the number 8 looks almost pure Sativa, on my most vigorous (#1) the leaf structure leans towards Indica. There are at least 3 pheno's from what I can gather from info, other ppl's photo albums, and literature. Can't wait to compare and contrast what we have rocking.

GL Chomba, Today I'm crossing some P.T. pollen with my black box diesels.

See you soon.

Peace

Both mine are leaning towards indica leaf structure. They are starting to bud and no sign of purple as yet. I will try to make seed next year. The DL from up your way is nice. Looks like it will finish early.
I will locate the dispensary when I am up in Portland. I have a license and would like to get some pure PT seeds from you if possible for next year. Keep me posted when you will be there and maybe I can fly up to meet you.

Peace

Purple colors comes with colder nights ( during september on my spot)

Here is my small (late planted) PT#3 clone

And here is another great Swiss outdoor indica - Alpine Rocket. This particular clone was been bought at Austrian cloneshop FloweryField.

Best luck everybody

Ahhh, my favorite thread, even more near and dear to my heart then my own.

Here's Purple Ticinensis #8. So Sativa, fully through her stretch and drinking 25 Gal. a day.

Close up of #8.

Purple T. #1.

General HoopHouse shot.

Heaven's and Skunks are moving along at a great clip as well.

Hope all's well in everyone's world.

How goes the PT? The two I have are now a bit different in flowering. One seems to be stretched out and the other is tight flower. The smell is sure different. Here is a pic of the tight bud pheno.

Peace

Happy September to all the Purple Ticinensis enthusiasts!

Chomba64- I have been staring at that Tight Nug you posted. Not one of my 3 Purple T.'s look like that. Not that far along, not that Indica squatness.

So I took some shots for you to compare to.

This first one is #8. The most Sativa looking of my Owl's production seeds. Also seemingly one of the farthest along as well.

This next 2 pics are of Purple T. #1. Wider leaf structure, shorter internodes, squatter nugs forming

Last is a shot of Purple T. #3. Kind of leaning more towards the #1 pheno. Far off shot, can't really get a good camera angle in the GH at this point.

Chomba - How many people in America are growing Purple T. right now? Or a cross of it? Also consider how hard it was for us to get seeds.

My Owl's production Heaven's are on two different pages, but the Skunks all look alike. I hope today finds everyone in good spirits and everyone's OD in their final month.

Peace

I am beginning to wonder if they sent me the real "Felix" beans...?
They were not in the original package.
I will not do any breeding with this until I find out if this is the real thing.
You never know these days.
I just pray the this is the real "Felix" and just a different pheno.
PT # 1 looks more like mine.
Did you get your beans in the original package?
If you did I will trade whatever you like of my stock..
Any one else who is growing this please step in and add any info you can.
I don't know how many are growing this strain.
If I knew someone in Europe I would have them send me some.

Peace

Hi Chomba 64
Your bud look IMHO similar to my PT#3 pheno. Very tight, resinous, lemony smelling flowers, with well ballanced sativa/indica high.
some old pics for comparision.

Thanks for the comparison pics. There must be quite a few phenos. How long have you grown PT? Thanks again for the input.

We still have a granflora cut that we run round these parts. I thought Felix had gotten out of the business .... looks like we were wrong... not the first time...

Was difficult getting these seeds. I love the plants and want to work with them more. Thanks for jumping in. If you find another source let me know. Would like to try more of Felix's genetics.

I love when you experienced P.T. growers weigh in. I'm sure Chomba64 is breathing a sigh of relief as well as I.

Here's what I got in the mail for seeds.

It is a photocopy of the original packaging, but I'm sure Visions of Hemp wouldn't mess with Felix seeds.
