Let’s see your DIY cloner here is mine with real Foggers

Let’s see some of the DIY cloners…… I just built one it is a 30 site cloner with the real deal fogger jets like you see in the produce section of your local grocery store. It has 15 of the foggers and a 160psi pump that puts out a super fine mist.

How long does it take to clone with the foggers?

I have not put it to work yet.... it should preform well my misters are putting out a fine mist of 50 microns so that is the ideal environment for fast root development

Aeroponic equipment involves the use of sprayers, misters, foggers, or other devices to create a fine mist of solution to deliver nutrients to plant roots. Aeroponic systems are normally closed-looped systems providing macro and micro-environments suitable to sustain a reliable, constant air culture. Numerous inventions have been developed to facilitate aeroponic spraying and misting.
The key to root development in an aeroponic environment is the size of the water droplet. Too large a water droplet means less oxygen is available to the root system..
A variation of the mist technique employs the use of ultrasonic nebulizers or foggers to mist nutrient solutions in low-pressure aeroponic devices. 5 to 25 microns are less than idea for cloning but still work well. we can use the EZ Cloner for instance it uses regular lawn mister heads and a 550gph pump and performs very well , imagine what can be done if you use the ideal micron droplets in your cloner... it means faster root development witch in return means healthier clones and faster clone turn around.
