Nirvanas ICE and Nirvana's Jock Horror, both looked great, but smelled awful even when properly grown and cured. I'm also trying to eliminate anything with Mendo purps in it, as I'm convinced anything with MP in it cuts the yields in half for some purpling. Fuck that!

absolutely lazyman give up yield for some fucking color great i can make almost any plant purple out by temperature control what is it a 15 degree swing between night n day NP here my room never gets over 58 even when its 115 outside lights on then lights off it gets cold in there it at least drops 15 degrees

Strawberry diesel and SSSDH from Rez ( and a lot of others ) are the best strain and news that I saw this last years.
top quality for an half time neville haze smoker like me...
if someone know best strains tell me ...

Northernberry from peak seeds. I only keep anything with indica in it around just to fall asleep (2 hits on indica & I'm comatose) but that strain lost it's effect after smoking it 3-4 times. All it did after that was make me feel like sh*t. This was back in early 2000's, so mabye it is different today.
Sagarmatha Autos were a true disapointment for me. I tried all of them in two separate runs in hydro under 600w HPS. These were the only plants that I've ever grown to go hermie on me. The yeilds were also a serious dispointment. I've run a few autos before, LR2 (4 ozs from three plants) and the blue variety (8 oz. from 6 plants), and had average to above average results. Sagarmatha's stuff topped out at a half ounce per plant, most were a quarter ounce. 12 plants gave me a whopping total of 5.5 ounces.
Most of it didn't get better with a cure either. One Lowbolt was really good but it was only 9 grams. I waited until the very end to fumigate that one.

Yeah I have to say I wasn't that impressed with it either lol..ppl went on and on about it.. They have a TW here that they call TW not sure if that is what it is . It leans more to the Purple kush side as it's dank as hell and I love it. Nothing like the arcata shit.lol peace out Headband707

Let's see.. The absolute worst was a cut a friend gave me called Ice (not sure of the source/genetics). But it was an ultra tall lanky spindly tiny budded sativa that went purple and had no high.. Next would be Soma's NYC Diesel - pure crap IMO and nothing like the real deal Diesel. Third would be a Diesel that a friend brought back from Amsterdam (he's an old stoner & can't remember who made it, etc.) around '07 - we called it Amster-D but it was probably Soma's NYCD. Fourth would be Shiva Skunk - pretty purplish buds but no high or smell. Fifth and sixth would be what Harborside Health Center claimed was Chem 91 and the original clone only ECSD - both were complete bullshit (nothing like the original ECSD & OG I used to have) and were most likely related to Soma's crap as well..

Shiva Skunk such a beautiful name full of possibilities.I waited four hours in line at SR-71 for a medium producer of average taste and stone.

the key word here for me to ward me off woulda been that term auto flower any strain that does this is going to be garbage and have seeds covering them havent seen one that hasnt turned out that way yet one step below a bag of brick weed

with chem D or og strains they're typically real easy for me to pick out it's that smel thats unforgetable they all have that diesel fuel real strong odor to them if the plant dont smell like that then its not that for instance this guy gave me this cut told me it was agent orange after growing it out for 4-5 weeks now i know its not agent orange agent orange doesnt grow with real close nodes and what not its some what lanky i'm thinking this is another cut i gave this guy about 8 months ago and somehow he's gotten it labeled as agent orange now that cut was star trek sensi star x trainwreck decent smoke and all just doesnt yield shit

ive seen a strain called poisonberry in a van nuys club where i got some clones, it was some top notch smoke, not the best in the world but way high qual, purple and covered in trichs, super dense nugs, kinda a harsh smoke and not due to growth as much as genetic. IS this your strain? or names just happen to be the same. Ive grown clone from oaksterdamn 707 headband and it was garbage,Their purple kush and green crack they had were mediocre but not nearly as bad as the 707 hb. It was the biggest waste of space and went 12 weeks outdoor.

Worst tasting strain alot of us agree on here in NZ is the - AK/47 or ak/48 from serious seeds, tastes like mouldy dirt and folk would sometimes ask if it had been burried for too long and so on, a strong high though and great yielding also, but not a top dollar strain and was chucked out for better tastier strains.
Il add in the haze while im on the taste subject, another one tasting like dirt, yuck !
