Hey all,

Here's what I've been working on over the last few months. Took Forever to get these babies stateside, but I finally did it.

My temps at this altitude are crazy. We had a high of 112 in August, and a low of -12 in January this year. I get wind gusts of up to 80 mph at my ranch at least twice a year. 50 mph gusts are a staple once a month at least. In the same month of 112 degree heat last year we had TWO massive hail storms.

This year I went with Felix's strains that he has been breeding at 4000 ft elevation in hopes of some more success. I have been growing Area 101's Purple FX for the past few years, but it's time for a change.

May 20th. Hail. You can see the hoop house with the black box in the background

Ladies in the hoophouse, heat lamps and lights to extend some veg time in May.

The two males I liked the best from the seeds (Heaven #1, and Purple Ticinensis #5) I'll be propagating in the fall. We'll keep Felix's lines here in OR.

These are two skunks on either side of an 'ICE' cutting from portland. Unreal crystal content on this ice. I just ran it indoor.
The Skunks from Felix are very Sativa in shape I'm interested to see how these are going to be ready for Harvest on the second week of Sept. (as advertised).

Heaven, P.T, P.T, Skunk

Heaven, Purple FX, P.T., Skunk

These are 2 Diesel's in the Black Box. Transplant shock, they look much better now. I'll pull the pond liner I'm using for Black out on June 15th. That will give me 77 Days to Aug 31st.

Some samples of what I'm using in the Soil.

That's the fence I just built. SO I can go big next year. I want this year for Propagation, and getting these strains used to this environment. I'll be cloning in early July before my usual trigger date at the end of July for flowering. So I should be able to run clones or seeds next year.

Far shot from my lookout point.

Good Luck to all this year. High Elevation gives great Crystal Content I just got to get them there now.

All my albums are public for more pics. I'll be good about updating.

I found ICMag when I got linked here for Purple Ticinensis when I searched out Owl's production. Who I heard was a friend of Breeder Steve and lived up in the Mountains in the Alps. Low and behold, Felix, Purple T. and ICMag.

Peace

Update:

All is well. Everyone is over the transplant shock combined with the coldest May and beginning of June since I've lived here.

Here's the same shot of the Right side of my HoopHouse. You can see the vigor from these Seeds as well as the general happiness.

Here's a Great shot of Heaven #3. So Happy, and Im super excited that this may be my new indoor strain for the winter.

Made some Hash the other day. Here's a few shots of happiness.

Black Box Diesels are on Day 3 and looking good

Good Luck all, I do post in the Purple Ticinensis thread some pics. All Albums are open for viewing. As of right now, I am thrilled about the performance of Owl's Production Seeds. Thanks again Felix!

Hello friend good choice ...

I have not yet cultivated the genetics of owls, but I read an article that talked about various seed banks and etc ... and said that his friend Felix developed a very serious and methodical, with good results.

I hope to develop well in their place and will continue to see your thread ...

Good harvests

July 1st Update.

We are looking great. The Heaven's look more Indica then I thought they would, and the Purple Ticinensis look more Sativa then I thought.

Pics:

Black Box Diesels

Finally!! Beginning Bud flowers! July 1st!

Love the growth

Ice Clone

Mabel the Chicken enjoying some morning work in the HoopHouse.
That's Heaven #3 she working around

I'm using Brix foliar Spray from PVGS. The nodes are just stacking so nicely.

Owl's Skunk. I almost never see Skunks at this elevation and Latitude. If this works, I'll be beside myself.

Big love to Felix as always. But also to the Guys/Gals on the Grow Big Outdoor thread.

Frost shot from Early March this year.

Peace!

Hello from Oregon

Hello from Oregon

I'm at 900 feet, above a river, in western Oregon. New here Learning to grow outdoor, and to grow at this latitude. Growing blueberry (my go-to girl indoors for the last few years), blackberry Kush, and Shiskabery. Last two from local club grower, with a history in this area. Weather's been nice recently, but May was brutal, and early june.

And Deschutes Brewery kicks ass!

Hey all, it's July 18th here's an update.

HoopHouse is crazy, I've had to tie down and prop up in separate instances, but all the Gals seem to have found their niche. All expect the Purple Ticinensis #8. I'm pretty sure the soil is too acidic in that one spot in the HoopHouse.

Here's Heaven #2.

Heaven #3

Purple Ticinensis #1

Purple Ticinensis #3

Purple Ticinensis #8, with an Owl's Skunk in the Background

Owl's Skunk, non tied down, 7 feet tall

Another of Owl's Skunk with and Ice cutting in the Background.

Here are the Diesels in the Black Box, (Not Owl's Production, but a little change of pace.)

Last but not least, a pic of the HoopHouse B4 I ventured into the Outdoor world.

Hope everyone is doing well and I'll get another update around August 1st.

Peace

August 10th. Hey all, I took these pics yesterday cuz of the overcast (from a local fire).

This is Heaven #3, Very late to go into pre-flower. Probably the Last one to turn for me. A little strange that the first plant to jump into pre-flower was Heaven #2. I've cloned both these ladies. Unfortun. The pollen I saved from Heaven #1 (the only male) must have had some moisture on it b/c I found mold on it. Bummer

Purple Ticinensis #8. This plant was sad for the first 2 months of it's life. Now she it a towering happy Sativa. What changed? I amended the soil to ph it up a bit. (Juniper Berries falling for years will def. alter soil ph.)

Purple T. #1

Black Box Diesel Day 55.

Purple T. #8 Flowering. I never dreamed I'd be growing Sativa, done in time, in this area of the world. SO HAPPY!

Thanks you Owl's Production.

Peace
