I have to admit this is a point I've thought about myself in regards to krunchs situation.

You really do need a rainy day nest egg of about 20K set away for just such an occurrence IMO.

I have mine, on the day things become legal, I'm buying a new car with it.
I can't tell you the degree of peace of mind it gives me when I'm having a paranoia fit about something.

That really sucks Krunch. I'm going through some legal issues also and it sucks. It sucks to hear about you dealing with problems in a state that people would think would not have these problems. You seem like a good guy that wants to help your patients by keeping your prices real low and living a decent life. It makes perfect sense but you are still taking a big risk of your safety and freedom and you should be able to reap the benefits of at least funding the perfect legal team for you if you were ever to get caught but in my personal experience you get more fucked in life trying to help someone out, for some reason. If I were in your situation, I would raise my prices slightly and put that money aside for any potential legal issues cause you do take a risk for what you do. I'll send some positive vibes your way and I hope that it all works out for you. I would think that with the right lawyer, you'd be fine cause of all the connections that they come with but it can get very expensive. Anyway, I appreciate what you do here on IC and I wish you the best cause I wouldn't want to see you go. Good Luck Krunch!

If the judge thanked you for showing my suggestion is to ask for a bail reduction hearing. If he's cool and you tell him that it's a severe hardship and give your word you'll keep showing he'll probably drop it down to 5 grand.....

And I know you won't want to hear this, but is there anyone that knew you were transporting? I'd hate to think someone made a call on ya but it happens all the time. Wait it out and see if their going to let you slide easy, but if it were me and they decided to play hardball I'd be asking for a probable cause hearing..... well, first court date, judge was really cool, even joking with me, he said he appreciated i made it to court..
charged with intent to sell and transportation of marijuana only!!!!
my prior cultivation charge was brought up from when i was a wee little 18 year old, the date was wrong, apparently i got busted when i was 10 years old.......

if im charged with anything that happened at my house, it will be a second case, arrested again and wont be bailing out again, to low on flow.....

meeting my first lawyer today from someone on here who recommended me to her, appreciate it! going to try to retain her with as little cash as possible, this should not go to trial im sure, the charges can be explained with my collective, i was literally delivering to my chief financial officer, at least i hope.......

harvested everything at the other house and is drying at a friends house, 30+ hours of trimming sucked.....
will be close to 5 lb's im sure, so it will keep me going till the next run......

cant sleep or eat, lost 15 lb's already and im not even working out or running anymore, just to mentally worked. every sound at night, i think there coming, it sucks to live like that, but hey, its what i do....
