what strain is best for motivation and happyness

for motivation, I like haze crosses that are also not too trippy. If I can stay on my feet, Blue Dream is quite motivating. I find that if I drink coffee and medicate with Blue Dream, I'm at the top of my game.

for happiness, I try to act with integrity and compassion and interact with people I love and trust and do things that I am passionate about and keep learning new skills and perspectives. I find that without the above or some version thereof, happiness is rather elusive. certainly not going to be swung one way or another by a strain of ganja.

nomadd you have rather interesting and valid points on happiness but you are quite wrong about certain strains not creating a happy uplifting feeling......because there are some strains that just take away the blues my friend.........

edit: For me, "uplifting" is different than happy. happiness is a quality of life issue. its a choice you make. when ganja wears off and is done making you "feel" happy (i think 'lifted' or 'uplifted' is a way more apt term), true happiness is what will or will not remain.

i also don;t think that the opposite of happy is "depressed." ganja has an anti-depressant effect, but does not make you "happy" instead. it just lifts you, temporarily, from the depression. Again back to "uplifiting", as you said.

OBVIOUSLY this is all just my opinion and, like assholes, we all have one.
