What were your favorite toys when you were a kid?

I loved my Robin doll, I had them all but Robin was my favorite, maybe it was his cooking mitts, maybe it was the fact he beat the shit out of Peter Pan and stole his sneaks, or maybe it was just the pretty colors. I do remember that those shoes tasted pretty good.

I also loved a toy called Sucker-Man but it gave me nightmares so I had to throw it away.

play-rail!!! My kids loved those when they were younger. I spent a month making a paper craft city for their monster collection, we took over a 12 tatami room just for it. The ex was not very happy.

Lego. 45 yrs later and my 9 year old loves it as much as I did. I can't believe how expensive those little molded plastic pieces are.

Bigfoot from Six Million Dollar Man. It had a bionic eye you could look through. I think the arms flew up when you pressed the chest button. Can't remember what the "belly" button was for.

The Evel Knievel bike was the best. I was quite taken with Coleco Telstar though. I remember my dad explaining it was a new kind of game you could play on your tv.

lol, my mom gave my brother the bionic man and I got Bigfoot. What was his power again? He could get his ass kicked right?

edit: I googled it, you punch him in the button and his chest flies out.

yea play rail was the shit...combine that with tomytec cars. when i was younger i usually had japanese stuff, didnt have too many traditional american toys. when i was younger i always wanted N gauge model shit but it was too expensive and for adults because its pretty technical/complicated. well ive spent some grow profits on a nice N gauge setup now hah. i look at the N scale sets as investments...they dont lose too much value.
