Silent Cab Ventilation/Scrubber Design

Temps: I did also install a 1/8" thick piece of plexiglass 2 inches below the light to help section the light off. Above the plastic it is always 5F or more higher than below.

Google NIMBY, he was a grower on CW/OG. He used two cheap dressers in an unheated bedroom. 150 hps and a lexan lens below it. The lens was slightly wider than the cabinet but had a 1"? gap in the front. Being wider, he would 'bow' the plastic, put it at the height he wanted, let go and the pressure against the sidewalls would hold it in place. The gap allowed air to flow from the back of the cabinet, to the front opening and then into the bulb area. The idea was simple but very effective. Below the lens stayed cool and the heat was trapped above. An added benefit, bugs were drawn into the upper section where they couldn't escape the heat and died. By the way, he used SCROG.

Hopefully someone has posted pictures here but you still might find a cached picture in your search.

I am not sure what he used for odour control.
