I still get that side effect everytime I go to a dispensary lol
mazar is a volkswagon when compared to the rolls royces of the mj world, like bog's sour bubble or my personal fave , purple lemonade:smoke out:

Speaking of Sour Bubble.... I have some Sour Bubble, Sour Lifesaver, (Rez) Chem D x SD, (Sam Skunkman) Skunk #1 x original Haze, and Philippine Sativa seeds that I just germed and put into Light Warrior yesterday.... If I find some keepers you may see some at the market in a few months, wish me luck!

I wonder what I should do with the males.....

UP - Thats some funny shit! It happened to me severely! When I got outta the Navy back in the day, I got an offer to take a scholarship at a school in the norcal region. Now I was in San Diego for part of my career and was used to smoking Mexi cause that was all us Navy boys could scam from the locals. Plus coming from from the deep south it was stems and seeds all day mostly. Well, long story long, I came up for a recruiting visit and was picked up in Sacramento by two potential soon to be teammates. They had two fat jays with them as a welcome to the local town and university. By the time they dropped me at my hotel room I could barely walk!! Although my trip was one of those all weekenders, I had truely already made up my mind that this school was were I was goin. No question! Go wildcats!!! Now if thats not classic the affore mention condition, I dont know what is!!!

is my clone going hermie on me?

is my clone going hermie on me?

whats up everybody. hope all is well with your grows. now i know this isn't the place for this but i know there are experienced growers that live in this thread so i might as well ask here. so i took a clone from my kens gdp plant and put it in a cup of water to see if it would root. my question is do you think it somehow turned into a male? is that even possible? did i stress it out? it looks like theres a ball type thing growing right in the center of the the top node and the node below it also. i took the best pictures i could with my webcam but they are not very good.

Looks like it got stressed but hard to see from the Pic. Did you use tap water? Did you make the cut under water? Has it been recieving at least 18 hours of light? How long has it been in that cup of water? What condition was the mother in, health, lightcycle, were the lights on when you took the cut, where on the mother did you take the cut from? I believe it looks like new growth interrupted and you should just give it some time, though I have not tried to root anything with this method since an avocado seed. You should just get yoursef a little propigation tray and some rooting plugs. better results- though this method should work, it will just take a long time. Also you can scrape the periderm(1st layer of the stem) lightly at the bottom to allow the plant to convert to the process of making roots easier and a little cloning gel will speed things up quite a bit. Anyone know where in SD, I can find a verified cutting of Kens "Royal" GDP?

If it's a special male, ie favorable growth, structure, smell, trich overage, ect. Basically if he's a stud you should let me know and I'll take him off your hands and flower him out. Pollen is something that is much needed and becoming less common with high availibility of clones. But a perfect example is the special males that made the differences between Sour Bubble BX1-4. When talking to Bog he said #3 male was the most lime pheno he was looking for and I don't know about you but BX3 always seemed to be what looks/smokes the best. Anyways long story short; us males are worth something too!

If I were able to grow out the whole male instead of just a branch as I normally do, it'd harvest quite a bit of pollen. I'd love to be able to do that and give packs of pollen to the market for a free gift for those that want to hobby breed.

hobby? why do i feel like when i start breeding this year its going to turn into a bit more than a hobby.

I figured this was the right place to drop the line.... I just wanted some people who had the space (and knowledge) to use them to get them. I will drop them off at GK for no charge when the time comes. I have seen people mention looking for pollen so I figured someone might take it.

I have also heard better reports for the Bx3 of Sour Bubble and am hoping for a good pheno of it, but the pack I got had both Bx3 and Bx4 so I have my fingers crossed.

I was just thinking that if I did such I'd have enough pollen to give away to those who've never done any hybrids before, and then they'd be able to start the "hobby" of breeding. But truth be told, like many, my hobby turned into quite an obsessive addiction for the search of something new that's never been done before, so you've been warned.
