lemon larry

I'm trying to find out the genetics of a strain I got from my buddy in the pacific northwest. I was told it is a lemon kush and the seeds were feminized - the only lemon kush I can find any info on is the Lemon Larry/Elite one. I'm curious if any of you guys that have grown out a few of these can confirm mine as this strain.

I'm growing under 252w LED + 250w HPS/MH - photos are in my photo album here. Or my grow journal here.

Any help would be awesome and much appreciated.

Damn that ELITE!! I hope he's finally out of trouble and can start making up some more beans.He was one of the few who had the art of selection down.Last I heard he was still battling the Maryland Court system.They busted the poor guy at his moms house in his f-in wheel chair, unless I'm mistaken.Apart from this sour larry, I grew out his Bubba Kush X SDIBL, BX'ed to the Bubba.Another fine piece of work, hunky, chunky bubba kush buds with a sour twang.I traded another member of the site some tree work for two 10 packs of ELITES seeds. The Sour Larry and the Bubba Kush(sour bubba?)Best day of hard labor I was ever paid for!!!Hope he returns because anybody that grew out his seeds in this thread, had a great experience.Not once have I heard someone say, ELITE's seeds were junk....

i don't think elite was in a chair. its a different elite to the ELITE who got popped on here, as far as i know.

as far as i know elite genetics was not allowed an account on here as was banned everytime he made one. the elite on here was busted in september, but elite genetics aka greens, of c.w, was buted a number of months before this.

the beans are elite genetics. i was just responding to CHACO's post awhere he said:

this was not elite genetics. thats all i was saying. alot of people get the elite who posts on here, mixed up with elite genetics, who made these beans.

As I said in my other thread that just mysteriously got closed.....I dusted the LL with a killer cfhem stud.....I started a 6 bean test run recently....100% germ,and very little phenotypic variation amongst the plants.....In other words they look and grow the exact same......got 5 males 2 of which I may keep.One smells just like the larry mom only stronger and one is just straight up deep skunk......
Any way here is the only female from the 1st run starting to spread her arms and show some pistils...
I expect this plant to give me a bigger yeild of some sweet larry buds

The folks who gave me the seeds told me they came from Elite from IC who was busted in Maryland, but who knows I never heard of elite genetics seed company.Either way the Sour larry is certainly "elite" in my garden!! It's all good and fun plus the myth adds to the flavor of the smoke.I'll tell ya' what I sure don't know it all!! I'm glad I don't, it didn't work out for Faust!!Enjoy your weed folks, IC grows the best. I reach for the Larry jar pretty darn quick, 1st I go for ecsd, then chem D or sour larry.That's how I test 'em, which jar is hit the hardest. really I should just grow these 3 and be done with it, but my mind is too curious, damnit!!

Larry is top's in my garden,then sour bubble,then ecsd....Im hoping to find a awesome pheno from the seeds I made as well.

AhHa! You like the sourbubble?? It really is some great weed and the scent is just top notch.That is some of the most "medicinal" pot I've grown and smoked, that stuff can really put you to sleep if you are up at night and it's great for stomache aches and nausea.Set a couple jars of that aside and you have one hell of a beautifull stash.

I love the smell and taste of the sour bubble.....problem is getting enough to fill a couple of jars......The 1st one I pulled was about 2.5 feet tall at harvest......I yielded 8.2 dry grams after a month cure it will probly weigh about 7.5 grms.....So ill have enough to smoke for a day or so.

She's a pain in the ass like that.I've never put so much energy into a plant, between testing the stock, finding a keeper that didn't herm like wildfire and the rest well 7 grams of great weed is not worth it and believe me I ran that one 3 times.You just have to have one in a corner if you really like to smoke it.It is some very beautifull dope and the smell it leaves in a room after a nice joint is remarkable, but the yield is extremely low, it could however have been grower error!!

heres another update on the larry x killer chem.....what a completly incredible smell she has...I dont wanna speak too early and jinx it but I may have found a keeper mom on my very 1st female....The smell is like chem funk meets lemon pledge...It's quite addicting even early as she is
