Hello IcMag......thought I'd start another outdoor thread this year now that the cold weather has passed and things are starting to grow.......

For those of you who aren't familiar with my grows.......this is my 2nd year growing in California......prior to that I grew indoor and guerilla outdoor in Michigan.....I have learned a lot in the last year moving to Cal.....as the climate is MUCH different....

I am now medical and growing for a couple others. 18 plants total full season and hopefully a nice full blackbox if they take off ever.

My outdoor plants are all organically grown. My mix is 65compost/15ewc/20perlite with 2tbs/gall of dr earth 4-4-4 and dolomite lime for most of my plants. I let mix sit for a few weeks in 100-200 gallon smartpots. I have a few plants in ffof/ewc/perlite/drearth/lime as well.

Some of my smartpots are above ground........others i dug larger holes and placed them in.......i will fill in surrounding area with a nice mix once the plants seem to have filled up pots a bit more in the below ground smartpots.

During the season i will feed teas of all sorts........lots of ewc,molasses,kelp......hoping i can get my hands on some brixxmixx to add to my foilar regime.......i have a fogger/atomizer that i like to use very much......

Using texas tomato cages as my base support this year, it will be interesting how much more additional support i require.

Please do add any comments/questions/criticism.......I spend a lot of time online reading and would like reading nothing more than the thoughts of the people on this forum.

Lets get to some pictures though. :dance013:

Here is a og kush "nomaad" cut until properly identified.

A blue dream also from brother nomaad. Almost positive the same cut I have. We shall see, I have at least one of each out ;)

This is a Kush cut i got from an indoor grower in Humboldt. Was originally told it was bubba kush......thats all the info I have. I really like the smoke I've grown from this plant over the winter indoor.

A cut called "plum" that i got recently..... i have no info on this.

A pineapple express that i just transplanted. She is in the ffof mix. Starting to rebound from transplant shock today nicely.

Green Crack i got from a random person i met.....sure looks nice.......have no clue if its really GC though?

This is just a random shot I took when walking through one of the garden areas.

Hope everyone is having a great season.......cant wait to hear from all my old friends ...... as well as new friends to come....:tiphat:

Great looking spot Try Comb,
Don't know if that "Plum" has anything to do with coming from Vancouver B.C, But back in 97 I picked up a strain from a friend of a friend, called Mighty Mite X Plum Bud.
Leafs kinda look similar. But anyways I'll be stopping by, on a regular.

thanks for stopping in Endur.........I will be checking in on your thread as well.......

I have a feeling this plum clone is related to the blueberry family........purpling and structure look a lot like the last two dj short blueberry clones ive grown out......

the plum randomly got a spot in my garden......that may be a mistake on my part......it might not.....its worth it to me to test a few plants out that are new to me each year........i feel this is a lot less risky than the risk of a hemie popping up in a seedrun......

thanks for your input on that.:tiphat:

they sell those texas tomato cages at Spartime in Willits, too.

Lookin good, bro. My mouth is watering at the notion that I am going to be puffing Cough in less than a month. 13 week strain with a 4 week flush... that's how to do it. Everything looks happy and healthy in your hands.

is that swimming hole on your land? That's sick. wish I had something like that to jump into in the heat of the day.

"the cure" sounds like an interesting strain. keeping a cut of it?

Hola Try Comb! Very nicely put together. Growing at elevation is a daunting task with many rewards for the steady. I'm up in Oregon at the Base of Mt. Jefferson (4000 ft.) and enjoying some summer weather today. Still don't know how to link my threads with my sig. but if you search, it's there.

Anyway, one more question. My wife and I have a dog named Chompers, (Brindle and about 12 to 13 years old) and Ripper looks exactly like him. How old is he, (Ripper), and do you know who his father is?

I'll send a picture of Chompers (who wears his santa hat also) as soon as I can find it in the vast library.

Don't worry about the Thread traffic, Less is more on the internet. Off to find a pic of Chompers!

GL this year.

Peace

Well, we adopted Chompers when we lived on Hilfiker rd. in Arcata. Right down the st. from Mad river Gardens. We didn't have chompers fixed till he was nine, he was NOTORIOUS. He had spent some time in SoHum, and was definately on tour with some friends.

We call him the Ambassador to all animals. He has an amazing calming affect on other agitated animals. I've seen cats, dogs, birds, chickens, deer, wolves and coyotes all pay Chompers respect in the past.

Here are some pics in is glory over the past 3 years. My wife said he could be as old as 14. Shocking, but he's such a hearty healthy dog.

Man's best friend for sure.

Much love for our 4 legged animal family members.

Hey man, I smoked some weed called ''PLUM'' about 5 years back now that came from BC. To this day it is still some of the strongest mot trippiest bud I have ever smoked. It was pretty creeper to if I remember right. Havent heard much about it since then.
