SO BEAUTIFUL general....
Buds look great GG, but whats the deal with the white tips, is it bleaching from the LED lamp?

thnx che... it is most definitely bleaching from the LED... or the HPS and UV (from the LED) combo... they appeared after the HPS entered the closet, but only on the LED side... just scrolled through my thread and my pics make it look like all my cola's have that fluffy bunny top, it's only those near the LED panel... i seem to focus on them while taking pics cuz they're my favorite... at one point i was concerned about them, only to realize after smoking my first that they are a bit muchier... they've gained some muchness... perhaps in an attempt to defend themselves from the UV bombardment, they throw down xtra trichome... wish full thinking perhaps... starting to toss around the idea of setting up my big lamp.... this house is for sale...
btw, kick ass harvest.
please do jaam... when i cut these girls on mon... the 2 clones now aproaching 12" will move right in with zero down time... the 2 outside are taking off, so this thread will continue with a simultaneous indoor/outdoor grow... you're more than welcome to post pics and do youre thing in my thread.... it is the cannabis thread after all... it can be a double threat...

Here a single shot of each.... These pics were taken 6 days ago and they had no nutes until day of the shoot... They have been nuted twice this week and have really taken off...

these next 3 pics are of 'yellow'...
....thats 2 seeds in a bract.

'red's seeded branch....
'white's seeded branch and one of my favorite buds in the garden...
thoughts on phenotypes....
from the moment these plants grew their first set of leaves it was visually obvious 4 were the same, 1(blue)was very different...
at pre-flower i thought i had 2 males... i was wrong... 1 male... what i thought was the other male was a female with no (microscopic) pistils...'yellow'
the other 2 girls were identicle to 'yellow' in every way except they had monster fat and long pistils (sub's genetics-space queen/spacedawg)...
now that i've smoked a test bud from each girl it's obvious that there is 3 pheno's here....
all 4 girls have a lemon candy/lemon pledge/space dust odor... 'blue' takes that aroma to the next level... she's the out of left field 'lone girl' ... showing recessive genes perhaps. she has a rolled, trichome rim around her sugar leaf.... very cool.
'red' and 'white' have the same smell with a bit more fuel on it... they look like the pics of spacedawg i've pilfered... the spacedawg pheno. they have the most trichome...by far
'yellow'... she'll be kept in bansai mom format... her buds look exactly like the dry nug pic in crazycomposer's chemdog article.... exactly. she has the same lemon/spacedust odor but it's completely stomped on by a serious funk ... rotting flesh/petrol/evil somehow... her high kicks in instantly as a numbness in my forearms.

jaam... definitely don't see the lone girl pheno in your pics so lets wait for pre-flower and take a look at your pistils... they look very happy, my male was the stinkiest in veg... almost like sour milk...lol.
the ? now is do i use beans from all 4 girls for a pheno hunt or to find a mating pair for f3's... or beans from 'yellow' only....
if i could use large #'s for selection i would use as much genetic variation as possible... but with a plant count....

probably gonna post too many pics in the next couple days... only have 3 more nights of lights on, so i may get out of hand with the camera..

thank you much weed... i brew organic teas (veg or bloom accordingly) over 48 hours... then mix 1:2 or 1:3 with the botanicare hydrogarden formula (with a couple adjustments)...this sits in a aerated rez and gets cut to specific ec levels depending on where we're at and hand fed, drain to waste, to the girls....
i break it down in post #28, on page 2 of the thread... it's labor intensive but it's a labor of love for me... if you have any interest or questions i would be more than happy to help out... if you have any interest in this genetic pm me...

'blue' is taking off huge outdoors, recently up-sized to a 3 gl... she'll move into the 25 next week i think...
'red' is coming along i little slower and hasn't rooted her 1 gl. yet...
the more i smell 'yellow' .... i've decided it's not rotting flesh so much...it has a sweet tang... like rotting pumpkin... and if you like the taste of stuff....her flavor is huge antiseptic and lingers long after the exhale...
'white's buds are falling over...lol. being held up by the wall and her siblings.

this is white sporting some serious bud flop... as soon as i pulled her away from the walls and her sibling, she folded....lol...
smoked scissor hash all day... now i'm gonna do a bubble run.
gotta re-pot 2 girls from the veg box and shuffle them into the closet before lights on at midnight... it's a good day

each of these girls is a gem in her own way. i could seriously clone away at any one of these girls for the next year and be happy... if i were a cash cropper and not a med grower...bag appeal. stinky, stinky, stinky, cherry red and purple highlights, thick, dense bud growth...
chemdog, subcool, and alphakronik have earned much love from me for putting this strain in my hands... i would like to kick logic's ass for charging me twice and being a dik about it the whole time, but it's how i found my way here to IC so done deal...

'yellow' and 'white' have the whole closet to themselves... i harvested and shuffled these girls in during the dark cycle and once again had zero down time in the flower closet...there's gonna be some heavy LST this round... see if i can bring that indoor yield way the fuk up...
'red' and 'blue' in their natural habitat amongst lemon cucumber, fava, and tomato...
here's a trim bud pic... this is 'white', bud flop girl...
speaking of bud flop i'm convinced that was influenced by the environment ... 'red' had the most wind in the garden while 'white' had the least... i believe those two girls are the same pheno...we'll see. now 'white' moves into 'red's spot in the wind and red has been living happily, outside, in one of the vegy garden's for a week...

...she's sitting on about 1/3 the pot filled with 6 week, cooked sub's supersoil made verbatim using roots 707 as the base soil...
... this is where she'll be the rest of the summer and the fall...
...and all done...

damn right weed.... still work in the garden... it's never gonna end, especially now that the vegy's are taking off... i must admit, it's a good way to spend my life...
here's 'yellow' and 'white' respectively at 2 weeks into bloom... i'm very excited to see the yield potential of these girls in my small rig now that they're from clone, vegged a bit longer, and not giving up any life energy to making seed....
this is a top on 'yellow'... growing fast.

i have dry bud shots in my gallery to plug in to the thread later....
we did good at over 6 z's not including the 4 seeded branches... in over 2 decades of growing cannabis and vegy's, the girl i've been calling yellow is by far the most priceless gem i've ever had the pleasure to grow..... it's funny that she almost got culled due to me thinking she was a he... if i didn't decide to save males for f2's she would have passed before i realized she ever existed....
yes, she will be staying until a hotter girl comes along but i don't see that happening any time soon...
