HumboldtLocals Outdoor 2010

G

Ganja D

Here's an update from HumboldLocal's orchard!:)
The hoops are off and we have a lot of work and clean up to do. I won't rest until these gardens look like paradise.:)
The plants were ready for the sun and immediately exploded with new growth. Our soil mix is doing wonders so far for the plants health. May be ready for a feeding soon with our secret dinosaur juice and local high nitro guano.

This is a strain I wanted to talk about. It's called Sequoia Mist. It's Matanuska Tundra/Kali Mist(Matanuska Mist) x the Sequoia(Local Humboldt 30 year old strain). This strain's roots grew faster then anything here from day one of seedling. It always needed to be transplanted to a bigger container first. It's just a little bit ridiculous how big these may get. You can see why it's called Sequoia, this picture doesn't do it justice. We have a bunch of these this size or bigger.:ying:

Here's another shot of the orchard. The two plants in the front are Purple Trainwreck/grapefruit x Grapefruit/Purple f2 and f3. They smell so sweet and fruity, very pleasurable aroma for sure. I really can't wait to smoke this strain again.
The plant in the middle a row back is a Hindu Kush/Blueberry x Grapefruit/Blackerry. I smoked some gf/bb tonight and it was great. The bud was stored well and still smelled fresh. I cracked the bud in half and the inside was covered in tricomes. Some of our HK/BB x GF/BB are going to be huge.

Hope you enjoy the pics,I wish I had the time or energy to do much, much more.
All the gardens here are now on drip and the work is just begining.:)

Mr Nice really starting to fill in.

Got the rest of the starts out of the GH so now you can actually see what OG's are in here.

The trench garden. The plants seem a little shocked from the direct sun light but they also grew a lot in the last couple days. They also look much darker now that they are uncovered.

There is a texas tomato cage somewhere inside that girl.

I've been lurking on the side watching your amazing crop develop. Awesome stuff Mate. Although I live down here in New Zealand, I was born and raised in the bay area. Your grow sites remind me of the rolling hills of my youth. *Sigh*
