Pananama Red

there's a guy floating around a different site that claims he has a cross of panama red and something else, he was calling it panamasedena red (panama x pasadena), the story goes that his friend has the true panama red but won't let anyone get cuts or pure seeds from it, he let the friend pollenate 1 bud or something, so he wound up with a cross that looks like nothing i have ever seen

as i said i would go trough my parents old photos and find the pics of PR and Acapulco Gold, the pic was from june 1982 and thats the first year i grew Pannama Red, the Acapulco Gold on this pic is a plant that had been grown indoors under tubes
and i am sorry but this is aparrently the only pic (with plants) that they had
first of the whole pic

it had two tops by nature

Thx Zion and Ras but if is ACE Panama, is 3 panaman sativas inside, we dont call it Red then although has lots of traits of and is 100% panaman all the way as explained before

I came across this smoke last week from a source whose weed always comes up the commercial mexi pipeline. My photos don't do it much justice, but this strain had fantastic red and gold coloration that reminded me instantly of the best colombian weed we got in the 70's. Thick and gooey red-haired resin bomb buds that smell like catpiss and taste like hash on the exhale. I'm not sure of the exact genetic background, but it makes you want to eat the entire house. I found 12 seeds in the quarter, hoping more can be had.

Its funny I had heard certain strains described as having a "catpiss" smell and I always thought to myself, who the hell would want to smoke weed that smells like catpiss? Then I came across the reddest strain I have seen in years and the smell is total catpiss. But I love it! Is catpiss a common smell for red strains? Could anyone describe the smell and taste characteristics of their favorite reddest strains?
