those are some nasty looking bugs for sure, its time for prevention now as the temps are finally starting to rise. how is everyone doing with transplant shock? I got mine out on june 1, and it seems the biggest plants are taking it the hardest. i will post pics today and start my own thread later today. I hope everyones gardens are doing well and growing strong. Hash

So I got delayed a day in getting the rest of the girls out but I talked to my buddy at the location and he said half the plants are starting to reach up (they're all put in horizontally) for the sky now. He said 1 out of all of them however is curling really bad. He said the leaves are curling up so that underside of the leaves are more exposed. If I'm not mistaken isn't this sometimes a symptom caused by the stomata trying to gain more or less air exchange? In this case it seems like the they are trying to get more air since the plant is trying to expose as much of the underside as possible. Am I somewhat close with this? I'm asking in here because I think it may be a similar situation to what has happened to a few that have been put out by folks in this thread as well.. I'll have pictures tomorrow of it to show but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help this situation before I go out.. I'll make sure I water the leaves itself for sure. My buddy said he threw some water on them directly as well but he didn't stick around to see if it helped any later on..

You should both (localhero & botanical bill) start foliar spraying kelp ...I think your plants are freaking out from low humidity..
what do u think about using only one solar walk light per plant to keep in veg.... ????? and when u guys say 45w cfl you mean is normal output is 45w bu it uses like 10 watts or 5 watts the ones i have for my house are 15 watt and super bright want to minalmize the light shinning at night???

I stepped mine down to meet the light cycle for today and that worked fine. My water pH is 7, when I put the kelpak in it goes down to 6.2...I don't change it

whats up farmers,
everyones talking about teas and foliar so ill jump in too! just started my tea foliar and the plants really seem to love it.i have to give props on this to Planty for dropping his recipe and then me realizing i have most all those things laying around: home made compost/high brix molasses/cold pressed kelp/fish hydrolizate/organic yucca extract. even have my first plant to reach pot width award to hand out.
and the award goes to:
Once she was very upset. small and bonsai'ed.
Now this is her 6-7-10 literally a week after that last pic and even with some cuttings taken off the top
banana kush from the front of the garden, youve earned your prize.
the garden is looking good, but some things are throwing me off. why are some of the Hindu kush plants thriving while others seem stalled out? fed the same, were the same size when i took them out. i dunno im just baffled:

DO NOT PUT MOLASSES IN THE TEA BREWER UNLESS YOU WANT PRETTY MUCH BACTERIA ONLY...MOLASSES MAKES BACTERIA IN THE TEA GO BANANAS
