This could be good or bad...

With legalized medical growing, Sears MAY just want to cash in.

Or, they may be working with the feds...making a list.

Who knows...I'm just paranoid sometimes.

sears website will sell anything. they are trying to be like amazon it would seem

Yes it looks like Sears doesn't sell the items themselves, but only acts as a marketplace for other vendors to sell through.

Pretty damn cool. I wonder if my Sears carries any of those products? Might have to check that out.

Somebody needs to alert the DEA. They're not even trying to hide what this is for, it's "the stealthiest and smallest unit on the market." Sears should be raided and their assets seized. A guy in Georgia got 10 years for selling lights, why not Sears for selling a complete grow system? And not just the executives. Every employee and every owner (stockholder) is equally guilty of conspiracy to produce and traffic narcotics. I say put them all in jail and seize all their assets. And for a nice twist, use those seized assets for a bail out after Sears files for bankruptcy. This is the U.S. of A. after all.

great thought! love the idea!
but i'll bet this has been discussed by Sears legal department
all they are providing is a 'transaction link' to another store, so to speak
no illegal plant is mentioned is mentioned, though it is obvious to many
i'd be very surprised if they don't have a solid legal plan in place for this contingency
i'd love to see charges though, 'Sears busted for grow supplies' would be priceless

There's nothing illegal about selling/buying lights, nutes, cabs, etc. These are things that could be used for many purposes. I highly doubt that the DEA is trying to track down some computer case grows. They've got way bigger fish to fry. And not that the Constitution matters anymore, but I do believe that violates the 4th amendment. Not to say you shouldn't be careful, but I doubt Sears and the DEA are working together to take down one tiny grow at a time. People spending 10s of thousands of dollars at the hydro store and not ever showing up to the farmers market with their goods might be enough for a judge to issue a warrant.

Doesn't really matter either way. Everyone must be vigilant and put their own safety and freedom #1.

You think the DEA does't care or you can't get in trouble for selling legal stuff, read this.

looks to be just online, and it's not exactly sears, it's a 'partner site', or however they phrase it
amazon has grow setups too, i guess sears didn't want to be left behind, got to move with the times
