The most important breeder in history: come on and vote!

I personally love SOL breeder steve's work as well as dj short and soma, there are so many great breeders out there though.

My wish list for my garden- black domina, dj short's rosebud, soma rockbud, herijuana and grapefruit. Then the garden is closed to new strains for a while, until I finish growing out all the new strains I've been crossing lately. Damn hard work.

I am not much expert on others hybrids but overall, I will like to thank to all old peps and heads who shared their knowledge and experience with others so we could learn better from them. To reduce present cannabis to just one thing or just one name maybe is doesnt make justice to all (most in the dark due prohibition) and almost impossible to me but same names are on the table always. I miss them all. Thanx

I've been thinking that there should be an up to date thread on whose the most important breeder in history. Yes, I know, lots of people disagree with this "who's better" threads, but you will have to agree that it should be very interesting to know who is our Kasparov (or Fisher), our Federer... Come on. Let's have fun.

Let´s see: 3 candidates per poster? Proposed breeders should have had a BIG impact on the breeding scene, internationally, of course.

My candidates are:

1*Sam the Skunkman (well, the man himself in my opinion. A very good part of what we grow now started with his work).

2*Brothers Grimm (as a whole, whomever they may be, and my gratitude for their haze line).

Next... I doubt if Shantibaba or Simon from Serious Seeds... Decision made:

3*Shantibaba

Come on! Propose and make your bets! ;)
What Haze line are you reffering to from the Brothers G? I'm assuming C99 which is based on Jack Herer.Which does have Haze in it's makeup if I'm not mistaken.

My Votes:
DJ -enough said
Shanti/Nevil
Reeferman for his work with strains besides the same old Sk-NL-Haze mixes. His Burmese and Burmese X's are gifts from god.
I'll say the Brothers Grimm too, there is no denying the popularity and quality
of c99 as a straight up strain and as a breedinvg tool.
Sam for obvious reasons

Gypsy...created this site and the Bou and Bay...he my friends has connected thousands and thousands of people around the world. He is responsible for so many people getting great genetics to play with. Gypsy has created more strains indirectly than anyone! He has given top genetics from his vault to people and started their breeding careers!

So while others have come up with a handfull of things Gypsy has created a breeding empire that has outgrown or overgrown it's creator!!
